These terms describe how engagements at RenewedHER™ are structured and what is expected of clients who enroll. By booking HER Reset™ or HER Reckoning™, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

HER Reset™ and HER Reckoning™ are professional coaching engagements built on our proprietary methodology for identity restoration. The work is collaborative and forward-focused. Your honest participation and engagement are essential to the outcomes the work produces.

Sessions are scheduled in advance through your client portal and are a priority commitment. You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions missed or canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be considered forfeited, except in cases of genuine emergency, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Your engagement remains valid for the full duration of your selected program:

All sessions must be completed within the engagement timeline. If an extension becomes necessary due to genuine circumstances, please request one in writing before the end of the term.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. RenewedHER™ supports your work of identity restoration and forward movement. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions, and outcomes depend on your engagement with the work.

A complete Disclosure and Consent Agreement appears on your intake form, and a separate Coaching Agreement will be provided for your signature before your first session. Both documents contain the full terms of our engagement. Your agreement to the terms in those documents is required to proceed with the engagement.

Engagement fees are due in full at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is governed by the terms specified in your Coaching Agreement.
