By booking this coaching package, you agree to the terms of service outlined in this agreement. Coaching sessions are provided at no cost to the client however, you must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule any sessions. This agreement is valid for the number of weeks according to your choice of package from the start date of your first session.
