Align to Thrive Coaching™ provides non‑clinical, educational coaching services only. Align to Thrive Coaching™ and Jenna Green are not licensed medical, mental‑health, or healthcare professionals, and coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. Align to Thrive Coaching™ does not provide crisis or emergency support.
Coaching services do not constitute professional counseling, social work, psychiatry, or any other service requiring licensure. Clients retain full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and outcomes and are free to accept or decline any suggestions offered. If a client believes they require licensed medical or mental‑health support, they are solely responsible for seeking appropriate care.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payments must be made in full upon booking unless otherwise stated. Refund or reschedule requests must follow the policy shown at the time of purchase.
In instances where services are purchased by a parent, legal guardian or individual on behalf of another, both the purchasing party and the participating client shall be bound by and subject to these Terms.
Annual Cost Adjustment: To reflect changes in the cost of living and support continued service delivery, a modest annual price adjustment may be applied at the beginning of each calendar year. Updated rates will be reflected in future bookings and program renewals.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials - including text, images, videos, and programs - are the intellectual property of Align to Thrive Coaching™. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use this website and any related, affiliated, or third‑party platforms used in connection with Align to Thrive Coaching™ services in a lawful, respectful, and appropriate manner. Prohibited conduct includes posting harmful or unlawful content, interfering with platform functionality, or misusing materials or services.
