avec an s LLC, registered in the state of Delaware, provides life transition and mindfulness coaching Services aimed at empowering clients to identify their passions, take bold steps, and create a meaningful life journey. These Services include faith-based coaching, group sessions and personalized one-on-one support offered by Owner and Life Coach, Saida Mensah.

You understand and agree that coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal development and goal achievement. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Saida Mensah is a coach and not a licensed therapist or medical professional. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult with a qualified mental health professional. While we are committed to supporting your growth and progress, the outcomes of coaching depend largely on your own effort, commitment, and implementation of strategies. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our coaching Services.

All coaching content from this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of avec an s LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent. Any materials, documents, or tools provided to you during coaching sessions are for your personal use only and remain the intellectual property of avec an s LLC. Specific cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your coaching agreement. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. avec an s LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.
