These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Rise Up our Communities (“Provider”) and you (“Participant”) for participation in the 'Launch & Grow Your Beauty & Barber Biz' mini-courses designed for aspiring and existing beauty and barber entrepreneurs operating in Texas.

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the 'Launch & Grow Your Beauty & Barber Biz' mini-courses offered by Rise Up Our Communities (“Provider”) to individuals operating or intending to operate beauty & barber businesses, mobile chefs, bakery, and food truck vendors in Texas.

Participants must be 18 years or older, legally able to operate a business in Texas, and provide truthful and accurate registration details.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to operate a business in Texas. Participants must provide accurate and complete information upon registration.

Participants will receive access to course videos, digital workbooks, templates, and toolkits upon full payment. Materials are for personal educational use only and may not be shared, copied, resold, or redistributed in any form without express written consent from the Provider.

Access to course materials, templates, checklists, and workbooks is granted upon full payment. Materials are for personal and business use only and may not be distributed, reproduced, or resold without written consent.

Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment. Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are final. Refunds will only be considered for duplicate transactions or billing errors attributable to the Provider.

All course-related content, templates, systems, videos, and materials are protected by copyright and are the exclusive intellectual property of Rise Up Our Communities. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

All content, templates, and materials provided in the mini-courses are the intellectual property of Rise Up Our Communities. You may not use the materials for commercial purposes outside of your own business without prior written permission.

Rise Up Our Communities provides educational content only and makes no guarantees regarding business performance, income, or results. Participants are solely responsible for applying strategies and making business decisions. Rise Up Our Communities is not liable for losses or damages resulting from course participation.

The Provider makes no guarantees regarding business success or income results. All strategies and tools provided are for educational purposes and should be implemented with individual discretion. The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages.

Information shared during private coaching or group sessions will remain confidential. Participants agree to respect the privacy and proprietary business details of fellow members.

Any private business information shared by participants during coaching calls or group sessions will be kept confidential. Participants agree not to disclose or misuse confidential information of other participants.

The Provider reserves the right to revoke access to the course without refund if the participant engages in inappropriate behavior, violates these terms, or disrupts the learning environment.

The Provider reserves the right to remove any participant from the course due to misconduct, harassment, or violation of these terms without refund.

Any disputes related to this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Before taking legal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation in Dallas County, Texas.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the laws of the State of Texas. Participants agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal remedies.
