ROOTED & RISING MENTAL HEALTH HYGIENE
 COACHING SERVICES TERMS & AGREEMENT

By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in services offered by Crystal Travers Life Coaching, LLC d/b/a Rooted & Rising Mental Health Hygiene ("Coach"), you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Coaching is a collaborative partnership designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, emotional wellness practices, goal achievement, accountability, and personal development.

Coaching is not counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, nursing care, medical treatment, crisis intervention, substance abuse treatment, or any other licensed healthcare service.

The Coach does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health or medical condition.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, thoughts of harming others, or require clinical treatment, you agree to seek immediate assistance from a qualified healthcare provider, call 911, or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You understand that coaching outcomes are not guaranteed. You accept full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and results arising from participation in coaching services. You understand that meaningful change requires personal commitment, participation, and follow-through.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

All fees are due according to the package or payment plan selected at checkout. If a payment plan is selected, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of attendance, participation, or early termination. Failure to maintain payment arrangements may result in suspension or termination of services until the account is brought current.

3. REFUND POLICY

All coaching packages, group coaching programs, workshops, seminars, and related services are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of Crystal Travers Life Coaching, LLC and must be approved in writing.

4. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual coaching session. Sessions canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will be considered completed sessions and deducted from the coaching package.

Group coaching sessions are not eligible for make-up sessions, credits, transfers, or refunds.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential except:

• When disclosure is required by law;
 • When there is a threat of harm to self or others;
 • When disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm;
 • When authorized by the Client in writing.

6. COMMUNICATION POLICY

Email and text communication between sessions is intended for scheduling and brief coaching-related support. The Coach does not provide emergency services or crisis intervention. Messages are generally returned within two (2) business days.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All workbooks, worksheets, journals, assessments, handouts, presentations, videos, recordings, coaching frameworks, and educational materials remain the exclusive property of Crystal Travers Life Coaching, LLC. Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. TESTIMONIALS AND MEDIA

Client testimonials, reviews, photographs, recordings, or success stories will only be used with the Client's separate written consent. Participation in testimonials is entirely voluntary.

9. GROUP COACHING

Participants agree to maintain a respectful, confidential, and supportive environment. The Coach reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate. Removal from a group program does not entitle the participant to a refund.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Travers Life Coaching, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from participation in coaching services.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, natural disasters, technology failures, public emergencies, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.

13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, booking, scheduling, or participating in any coaching service, program, seminar, workshop, or group offered by Crystal Travers Life
Coaching, LLC d/b/a Rooted & Rising Mental Health Hygiene, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Agreement.
