Accounted Birth — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any service or package from Accounted Birth, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a consistent, professional experience for all clients.

Payment & Service Commitment

All services require payment in full prior to the start of service unless otherwise stated.

Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis and will continue until canceled in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Project-based services (including, but not limited to, bookkeeping cleanup, tax preparation, or financial setup) are considered active once work has begun and are non-refundable.

Onboarding & Setup

Certain services may include an onboarding or setup phase. This process includes account configuration, intake review, and initial system preparation.

All onboarding work is considered part of the service engagement and is non-refundable once initiated.

Services will not begin until all required onboarding steps and initial payments have been completed.

Billing & Payment Policy

Invoices and subscription payments must be maintained in good standing to ensure uninterrupted service.

A grace period of up to five (5) business days may be allowed for failed or delayed payments. After this period:

  •  Services may be paused until payment is resolved
  •  A reactivation or administrative fee may be applied
  •  Project timelines may be adjusted accordingly

Accounts that remain unpaid beyond fifteen (15) days may be subject to service suspension or termination.

Scheduling & Session Policy

For services that include scheduled sessions:

  •  Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice
  •  Missed sessions or same-day cancellations may be forfeited
  •  Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have the session marked as missed

Session-based services are structured to maintain consistency and availability across all clients.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized and service-based nature of Accounted Birth offerings:

  •  All sales are final once services have begun
  •  Refunds are not issued for completed or partially completed services

In the event that Accounted Birth is unable to deliver a service, reasonable alternatives such as rescheduling or service credit may be offered.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  •  Providing accurate and complete financial and business information
  •  Maintaining access to necessary platforms, systems, and documentation
  •  Responding to requests for information in a timely manner

Delays in communication or missing information may impact service timelines, reporting accuracy, and overall outcomes.

Accounted Birth is not responsible for delays or discrepancies resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.

Confidentiality & Data Security

All client information is handled with strict confidentiality.

Information will only be shared when necessary to deliver services or comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Accounted Birth utilizes secure systems and standard data protection practices; however, clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts and access credentials.

Scope of Services

Services are delivered according to the scope outlined within each selected package or agreement.

Requests outside of the defined scope may require an additional agreement or fee.

Monthly service packages include only the services explicitly listed. Expanded or custom support may be billed separately.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly services may be canceled with written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellations submitted too close to the billing date may result in one final billing cycle to account for processing and transition.

Project-based services cannot be canceled once work has begun.

Professional Boundaries & Compliance

Accounted Birth provides administrative, financial organization, and billing support services.

Services do not include legal advice, tax filing representation (unless explicitly stated), or clinical decision-making.

Clients are responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable financial, tax, and healthcare regulations.
