• You will have 9 months to use all the sessions in your package from date of purchase. 
  • 24 hours notice is required for cancellations & to reschedule appointments. 
  • Your appointment will be deducted from your package if less than the appropriate notice given. This includes No-shows. 
  • Cancellation in the case of an emergency will be considered and session reinstated at the coaches discretion. 
  • No refunds are available for unused session in your package.
