By booking or purchasing a session, package, or mentorship experience with Tiiu Wise / The Wise Way, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

The services provided are private mentorship, self-mastery support, intuitive guidance, energy-based coaching, and personal development support.

This work is designed to support self-awareness, emotional clarity, personal responsibility, inner alignment, decision-making, and practical integration in daily life and relationships.

You remain fully responsible for your choices, actions, decisions, health care, relationships, business decisions, and life direction.

Your privacy matters. Anything shared during sessions will be treated with discretion and respect.

However, confidentiality is not absolute. I may be required to disclose information if required by law, court order, or if there is a serious concern involving risk of harm to you or another person, abuse, neglect, or other legal obligations.

Please do not use sessions as a substitute for emergency care, crisis support, medical treatment, therapy, or legal advice. If you are in crisis or feel at risk of harming yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or a qualified crisis service immediately.

This mentorship requires honesty, personal responsibility, and willingness to look at what may be uncomfortable.

I may offer reflections, questions, practices, energy-based support, intuitive observations, or perspectives. You are responsible for deciding what is appropriate for you and for taking action in your own life.

Results vary from person to person. No specific outcome, transformation, emotional state, business result, relationship result, health result, or financial result is guaranteed. No magic wand. Annoying, but legally useful.

Some services may include energy-based practices, intuitive insight, guided awareness, breath-based practices, or remote energetic support.

You agree to consult appropriate licensed professionals for any medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other regulated concern.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices are listed on the booking page and may be changed at any time. Price changes do not affect services already purchased.

Payment plans, if offered, are a financial agreement. By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless a different written agreement has been made.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered used and may not be refunded or replaced.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If I need to reschedule, you will be offered a replacement time.

Because private mentorship involves reserved time, preparation, and energetic commitment, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the specific offer page.

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions, missed sessions, unused portions of a package, or lack of participation.

If a special refund policy applies to a specific offer, that policy will be clearly stated on the booking page.

If communication between sessions is included in your package, it will be described on the offer page.

Unless otherwise stated, support between sessions is limited and may not include immediate responses, crisis support, or ongoing coaching by message.

All materials, practices, written content, recordings, frameworks, and session resources provided are for your personal use only.

By booking, you consent to the collection and use of personal information necessary to provide services, communicate with you, process payments, schedule sessions, and maintain basic business records.

Your information will not be sold. Information may be processed through third-party platforms used for booking, payment, communication, or service delivery.

The mentorship relationship is professional. It is not a friendship, therapy relationship, medical relationship, employment relationship, partnership, or fiduciary relationship.

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if the work is no longer appropriate, if boundaries are not respected, if payment is not completed, or if I believe another form of support would be more suitable.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by law.

By purchasing or booking services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
