Terms and Conditions


The following conditions are intended to be as simple as possible to help you meet your needs. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
 
1.    Bookings may be made by email, Text or telephone. Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing on request.
2.    Payment for all courses should be made at time of booking and must be settled prior to package start date, otherwise this can cause a delay.
3.    It may be necessary for sessions to be cancelled or rescheduled on occasion. In such cases we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible.
4.    If you need to reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
5.    Missed appointments without notice will count as part of the package.
6.    For Relationship Coaching packages a full commitment to engaging with the coaching process for the duration of the package is explicitly agreed at the outset as this is an essential ingredient of the process itself, hence the necessity for full payment to be made at the outset or in 2 or 3 installments as agreed.
 
Grace Chatting will make every effort to meet the varied needs of all clients.  However, there may be occasions when we need to refer to these Terms and Conditions in order to reach difficult decisions.
