Introduction

This document This document explains the Services offered (hereinafter referred to as “Service” or “Services”). For any questions, please contact Support @ RyvrMoon .com.

Brenda Fanning dba Ryvr Moon LLC, provides Services including

virtual, phone, and in-person sessions, hypnosis and meditation recordings, and practitioner licensing packages. These are offered as a Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist (CHt) through Empowered Inner Path™ (EIP) and its specialized series or collections;
hypnosis and meditation recordings are delivered under Ryvr Moon Publishing™, encompassing series such as Mystical Excursions™ and other named collections, which are subject to our separate MASTER LICENSING AND USAGE AGREEMENT;
sound baths or sound immersions are provided as a Certified Sound Healer—with specialized training in singing bowls and tuning forks—under Mindscapes™;
end-of-life doula consultative services are available through Legacy Untethered™; and
storytelling, legacy conversation, and podcast dialogue series are offered under Legacy Untethered™ VOICES, a recorded interview and conversation initiative in which guests voluntarily participate in on-the-record storytelling, reflection, and legacy dialogue. Participation in VOICES constitutes agreement with all applicable terms in this document, and the separate Legacy Untethered™ VOICES Guest Participation & Media Preferences Survey.

All Services, service marks, and named offerings, including any future concepts, are collectively referenced as “Brenda Fanning dba Ryvr Moon LLC.”

You understand and acknowledge that Brenda Fanning is NOT a licensed physician nor a mental health provider and is NOT qualified to prescribe medication, diagnose, or treat physical or psychological conditions.

Content on any of our associated websites is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Confirm all health information and decisions with your physician.

NEVER disregard professional medical advice or delay treatment due to anything received through our Services.

No endorsement, representation, or guarantee is made regarding the suitability, effectiveness, or outcomes of any Services, products, or providers referenced via our websites or materials.

Facilitators and practitioners must accurately represent their training, scope, and professional status to clients. Users are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for health, psychological, or therapeutic concerns.

Brenda Fanning dba Ryvr Moon LLC, expressly disclaims any responsibility for advice, diagnosis, treatment, products, or services obtained from third parties or sources outside of our direct offerings.

Florida Residents

Sessions for pain or diagnosed conditions require a referral from a licensed practitioner per Florida Statutes Section 485. If you are under medical care for issues you seek hypnosis support with, please obtain a signed written referral from your healthcare provider before engaging EIP services.

Scope, Purpose, and Client Responsibility

Hypnosis, hypnotherapy, sound healing/sound baths, end-of-life consultations, and all modalities offered are complementary to licensed healing arts, and Services are offered as supportive modalities and not as primary treatment.

The Services by Brenda Fanning dba Ryvr Moon LLC, are not currently licensed or regulated by most states. Training includes certified coursework in hypnotherapy, past life regression, life between lives, certified coursework in sound healing, and end-of-life doula coursework.

Brenda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Legal Studies) with a minor in Communications from Augusta University.

The aim of our Services is to provide a supportive, safe, nonjudgmental environment for insight and self-transformation. Based on the principle that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, this provider and any Services offered are guides—sessions are educational/demonstrative in nature. Hypnosis, especially as practiced in our Services, empowers client-directed change; sound immersions are for complementary wellness.

Participation in our Services is solely your choice, and results depend on your efforts and commitment to practice.

Client Informed Consent and Privacy

Hypnosis is for self-exploration or behavioral change. You control the session and may stop at any time. Sessions are tailored to your goals and may address relaxation, self-hypnosis, pain support, trauma recovery, habit change, and more. This practice does not diagnose, prescribe, or substitute for medical care.

All sessions—including hypnosis and sound baths—may be recorded as agreed. Records are strictly confidential.

Professional hypnotherapy and sound healing services are non-medical and may not be covered by insurance. Your records are not shared without written permission.

Session participation is voluntary; you certify you are seeking services on your own initiative.

Your privacy and the confidentiality of your client data are important. For full details, see our separate CLIENT PRIVACY & DATA POLICY (Privacy @ RyvrMoon .com).

Audio/Visual Recordings and Privacy

Sessions may be recorded for quality/training. If you do not consent, please do not schedule. No personal information is sold or shared.

Legacy Untethered™ VOICES — Recording and Distribution Notice

By scheduling, confirming, or participating in a Legacy Untethered™ VOICES conversation, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

Recording: All VOICES conversations are recorded via Zoom or a comparable platform, capturing both audio and video. Some in-person conversations may have an audio recording element. Participation constitutes consent to this recording.
Ownership: All recordings, transcripts, and derivative content created from Legacy Untethered™ VOICES conversations are the property of Ryvr Moon LLC and Brenda Fanning, CHt, under applicable copyright law.
Distribution: Recordings or any portion thereof may be used in the Legacy Untethered™ VOICES podcast series, related storytelling collections, promotional materials, social media, educational content, written publications, or future multimedia projects under the Ryvr Moon LLC family of brands.
Guest Review Right: Guests will be offered an opportunity to review the recording or a summary prior to public release whenever reasonably practicable. Specific preferences regarding sharing, excerpting, and attribution are captured in the Legacy Untethered™ VOICES Guest Participation & Media Preferences Survey and will be honored to the extent operationally feasible.
Withdrawal: A guest may request that their recording not be published by contacting [email protected] prior to the date of any confirmed public release. Once published, removal requests will be honored where technically and contractually possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
No Compensation: Participation in VOICES is voluntary and non-compensatory. Guests receive no financial remuneration, product, or service credit in exchange for their participation.
No Therapeutic Relationship: Participation in a VOICES conversation does not constitute a therapeutic, coaching, or clinical relationship with Brenda Fanning or Ryvr Moon LLC.

Conversations are storytelling and legacy-reflective in nature, not clinical sessions.

COVID-19 Acknowledgment

Sessions are currently offered virtually and, if requested, at client locations. If in-person services resume, you agree to hold harmless Brenda Fanning dba Ryvr Moon LLC regarding COVID-19 risks. Safety protocols will be followed.

Billing, Scheduling, and Refunds

Recommended results may require more than one session. Fees are posted in the booking portal. Cancel at least 48 hours before your session or forfeit the fee. Payment is due at booking; financial arrangements may be available for low-income clients. No insurance billing. Assistance with reimbursement forms is available on request.

Due to the digital and informational nature of these products, all sales are final.

Waiver and Assumption of Risk

By signing, you acknowledge and agree:

Brenda Fanning dba Ryvr Moon LLC is not a medical doctor or licensed mental health provider.
All services are complementary, educational, and supportive—not medical or psychological advice.
Accurate, honest disclosure in all forms is required and relied upon.
Referrals from a healthcare provider will be provided as requested, and this practitioner never advises on use/discontinuation of medical treatments.
You release all claims of personal injury related to our Services or sessions.
Efficacy is not guaranteed; all hypnosis is self-hypnosis and results depend upon client’s own practice and participation.
For Legacy Untethered™ VOICES guests: You understand that your voice, likeness, image, and personal narrative shared during a recorded VOICES conversation may be used in published podcast episodes, multimedia storytelling projects, or other content produced under Ryvr Moon LLC. You grant Ryvr Moon LLC a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use this content as described herein and as further defined in your Guest Participation & Media Preferences Survey responses.
You affirm you are over 18 and have authority to sign, for yourself or a minor child.
This waiver is effective immediately; changes require written consent from Brenda Fanning and Ryvr Moon LLC.

Jurisdiction & Enforcement

Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement, subject to enforceable action. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

Electronic Consent and Agreement

You agree that Ryvr Moon LLC may use electronic communications and documents for consents and notifications. Contact Support @ RyvrMoon .com with any questions.

Client Understanding

By signing below (electronically or in person), you agree to this updated Service Agreement.

For Legacy Untethered™ VOICES guests, electronic booking, form submission, or participation in a scheduled conversation constitutes agreement to all applicable terms herein, including the VOICES Recording and Distribution Notice above.

By purchasing, accessing, or facilitating these materials, you agree to these terms according to your license type (personal, professional, or practitioner).

Holders of an Empowered Inner Path™ (EIP) Guide Partnership are recognized as practitioners who have:

Reviewed and committed to the EIP foundation principles, values, and ethical guidelines.
Agreed to use EIP materials in alignment with trauma-informed, collaborative, and presence-driven practices, as outlined in the Empowered Inner Path™ Framework.

This Guide Partnership acknowledges your alignment with and commitment to the EIP facilitation approach. It is not a clinical, academic, or regulatory certification, and does not authorize any activity outside your existing professional scope or licensure. The Guide Partnership reflects your ongoing dedication to ethical, client-collaborative transformation and the values of Ryvr Moon LLC.

AI and Machine Learning Restriction

Ryvr Moon LLC does not permit any content to be submitted to, or used to train, any AI model, tool, platform, or automation system.

Clients and licensees may not upload recordings, scripts, or handouts to AI systems.
Violation results in immediate license revocation and possible legal action.

Platform, App, and Future Technology Provision

Materials may be distributed via third-party marketplaces, apps, or technology platforms. You are also subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of any such delivery provider.

Ryvr Moon LLC is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or access issues resulting from third-party actions; disputes arising from the use of platforms are between you and the provider.

Certification, Professional, & Ethical Disclosures

Brenda Fanning, CHt, is a certified transpersonal hypnotherapist and guide, but not a state-licensed therapist, psychologist, physician, or financial advisor.

Safety Disclaimer

Do not use these materials while driving or operating machinery. Individual experience and results may vary; hypnosis is most effective with intention and personal safety in mind.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and informational nature of these products, all sales are final.

This policy applies to all data collected and processed in connection with our hypnosis recordings, courses, written guides, support documents, and all related content, regardless of the technology platform or distribution method.

What Data We Collect

We may collect and process the following information:

Contact details: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address (as provided at booking or registration)
Payment and transaction data: Only as required by payment providers (e.g., Payhip, Paperbell, or other third-party services—Ryvr Moon LLC does not store your full payment details)
Session records (if applicable): Voluntary intake, scheduling, or feedback forms, for service delivery
VOICES Guest Data: For Legacy Untethered™ VOICES participants, this may include intake survey responses, recorded audio and video, transcripts or summaries of conversations, and any written follow-up communications shared in preparation for or following the recorded dialogue.
Usage data: Non-identifiable analytics, such as frequency of access or interaction with our resources, used to improve our offerings
Communications: Emails or messages exchanged for support, licensing, or inquiry purposes

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

Deliver programs, products, and services you have purchased or accessed
Provide customer support and technical/help desk responses
Maintain user accounts and licensing status
Fulfill legal, ethical, and contractual obligations
Improve our offerings (aggregate, non-personalized insights only)
For Legacy Untethered™ VOICES guests: To produce, edit, publish, and distribute podcast episodes, multimedia content, and storytelling projects consistent with the scope described in the VOICES Recording and Distribution Notice (see Service Agreement) and your Guest Participation & Media Preferences Survey responses.
Notify you of important updates, policy changes, or relevant opportunities (you can unsubscribe at any time)

We do not sell, lease, or profit from your personal information.

How We Store and Protect Your Data

Data is securely stored on encrypted platforms or secure, reputable service providers
Client and session records are kept with strict confidentiality and password-managed access
Only authorized personnel may access personal/sensitive records
Payment details (credit cards, etc.) are never stored by Ryvr Moon LLC; they are processed only on secure, PCI-compliant third-party applications (e.g., Payhip, Paperbell)

Sharing of Data

We only share your information with:

Service providers involved in delivery of your product (e.g., payment processors, email providers), and only as required
Legal authorities if compelled by law, court order, or for enforcement of terms of service
NO partners, advertisers, or outside entities for marketing or analytics purposes

Third-party platforms (Payhip, Paperbell, etc.) have their own Privacy and Data policies: by using these platforms, you also agree to their terms.

Client Confidentiality for Session-Based Work

For session work, all personal disclosures, intake forms, and follow-ups are treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with professional ethical standards.

Except as required by law, your information will never be shared without your written consent.

Note for VOICES Guests: Legacy Untethered™ VOICES conversations are not private session engagements and are not covered by session confidentiality. Guests voluntarily participate in conversations intended for potential public distribution, subject to review preferences captured in the Guest Participation & Media Preferences Survey.

Brenda Fanning, CHt, is not a licensed medical, therapy, or psychological provider; all services are for empowerment and education, not clinical intervention. For medical, therapeutic, or psychological needs, consult a licensed professional.

Rights of Clients and Users

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access a summary of stored data about you
Request correction or deletion of your records (unless required to be retained for licensing or legal reasons)
Withdraw consent to communications
File a complaint with data regulators if you believe your rights are infringed

Data Retention
