Terms and Conditions - Private DeFi Coaching Program
Effective Date: Tuesday, July 29th, 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and participation in the Private DeFi Coaching Program ("Program") offered by [Your Name/Business Name] ("Coach," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any coaching package, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered
1.1 Coaching Packages
We offer two coaching options:
- Breakthrough Session: One 60-minute coaching session ($350)
- DeFi Mastery Package: Four coaching sessions over 8 weeks ($1,200)
1.2 Scope of Services
Coaching sessions may cover:
- DeFi fundamentals and wallet setup
- Yield farming strategies
- Liquidity provision optimization
- Trading strategies (options, futures, perpetuals)
- Arbitrage opportunities
- Risk management
- Protocol navigation
- Client-specific challenges
Sessions are conducted via video conference with screen sharing capabilities.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Paperbell. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been arranged.
2.2 Payment Plans
Payment plans are only available for the DeFi Mastery Package upon request. Terms must be agreed upon in writing before the first session.
2.3 Currency and Fees
All prices are in USD. You are responsible for any transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or taxes associated with your payment.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
3.1 Booking
Sessions must be booked through our Paperbell scheduling system. Available times are subject to Coach's schedule.
3.2 Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling requests must be made through Paperbell or via direct message.
3.3 Cancellation by Client
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will result in forfeiture of that session
- No-shows will be counted as completed sessions
- For the DeFi Mastery Package, unused sessions expire 12 weeks from the first session date
3.4 Cancellation by Coach
If Coach must cancel a session, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a pro-rated refund for that session.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Breakthrough Session
No refunds are offered once a session has been delivered. Refunds may be issued for sessions cancelled by Coach that cannot be rescheduled.
4.2 DeFi Mastery Package
- Full refund if cancelled before the first session
- Pro-rated refund for unused sessions if cancelled within 7 days of the first session
- No refunds after 7 days from the first session
5. Session Recordings and Materials
5.1 Recording Policy
Sessions will be recorded for your personal review. Recordings remain your property but may not be distributed, sold, or publicly shared without written permission.
5.2 Supplementary Materials
Any materials, resources, or documents provided are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
6. Communication and Support
6.1 Follow-up Support
Limited follow-up support via direct message and/or email is included with your coaching package. This support is for clarification of topics discussed during sessions only.
6.2 Response Times
Coach will endeavor to respond to messages within 48 hours during business days. Support is not available on weekends or holidays.
7. Important Disclaimers
7.1 No Financial Advice
THE COACHING PROVIDED IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING IN THIS PROGRAM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. COACH IS NOT A LICENSED FINANCIAL ADVISOR, AND YOU SHOULD CONSULT WITH QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS BEFORE MAKING ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS.
7.2 Risk Disclosure
DEFI AND CRYPTOCURRENCY INVESTMENTS CARRY SUBSTANTIAL RISK, INCLUDING THE POTENTIAL FOR COMPLETE LOSS OF CAPITAL. PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INVESTMENT DECISIONS.
7.3 No Guarantees
Coach makes no guarantees regarding your success, earnings, or specific outcomes from the coaching program. Results depend on numerous factors outside of Coach's control, including your effort, market conditions, and individual circumstances.
8. Confidentiality
8.1 Client Information
Coach will maintain the confidentiality of information shared during coaching sessions, except as required by law or with your written consent.
8.2 Testimonials
Coach may request permission to use your feedback or success stories for marketing purposes. Such use will only occur with your explicit written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COACH'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE COACHING PACKAGE. IN NO EVENT SHALL COACH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENTS.
10. Intellectual Property
All coaching methodologies, materials, and content provided remain the intellectual property of Coach unless otherwise specified. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal purposes only.
11. Code of Conduct
11.1 Professional Behavior
Both parties agree to maintain professional and respectful communication throughout the coaching relationship.
11.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Record or screenshot proprietary strategies without permission
- Share Coach's personal investment positions or strategies
- Misrepresent the coaching relationship or outcomes
- Engage in any illegal activities related to information learned in coaching
12. General Provisions
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Coach regarding the Program.
12.2 Modifications
Coach reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12.3 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.5 Dispute Resolution
