Confidentiality: Your privacy matters. Everything we discuss in coaching sessions is kept confidential, in line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. The only exceptions are situations where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others.

Scheduling: I require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session.

Payment: Sessions and packages are paid in advance.

Responsibility: Coaching supports growth and clarity, but you are responsible for your own choices and results. Coaching is a professional development service focused on personal and career growth. It is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal/financial advice.
