Coaching with Sarah Norris Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you find clarity, confidence, and momentum. By booking a package, you agree to the terms below — they’re here to keep everything transparent, fair, and supportive.

I offer 3-, 6-, and 9-month packages, depending on your goals and the depth of support you’d like. Each includes regular coaching sessions and optional resources to help you put insight into action.

You can choose to pay in full upfront or in instalments, depending on your package. Payment details are agreed before coaching begins.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.

Life happens — I just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Refunds are available on some coaching packages but not on digital downloads, courses, or instant-access materials.
If you need to discuss a refund or credit, we’ll do so on a case-by-case basis.

Everything we discuss in our sessions is strictly confidential.
Your personal information will never be shared, except where required by law or if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others.
Sarah Norris Coaching complies fully with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

Coaching is a powerful tool for growth, but it’s not therapy, counselling, or medical advice.
If you’re working with a healthcare or mental-health professional, please let them know you’re engaging in coaching too.

Coaching works best when you’re open, honest, and willing to take action between sessions.
 I’ll support and challenge you — but ultimately, you’re responsible for your own results and progress.

All materials shared during your coaching journey — including worksheets, digital downloads, and course content — remain the intellectual property of Sarah Norris Coaching and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
