Owner: Anderson Admissions Academy (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”)

By purchasing, scheduling, or using any service or product offered through this site (hosted on Paperbell), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or purchasing.

1. Services
We provide admissions coaching, document review, strategy sessions, and related educational products. All services are intended for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice or guarantee of admission or scholarship outcomes.

2. Client Responsibilities
By booking with us, you agree to:
  • Submit materials, forms, or information by the deadlines communicated.
  • Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared.
  • Use feedback and resources responsibly, for your own personal admissions process only.

3. Payments
  • All fees are listed in U.S. dollars and must be paid in full (or according to the payment plan selected) at the time of booking through Paperbell.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all sales are generally final. Refunds will only be granted in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours in advance. Missed or late-canceled sessions are forfeited and non-refundable.
  • Digital Products: All digital downloads, templates, and guides are non-refundable.

5. Turnaround Times
Unless otherwise stated, feedback on submitted documents will be returned within 7 calendar days of the agreed submission date. Faster turnaround services may be available for an additional fee.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, templates, and feedback provided are the intellectual property of Anderson Admissions Academy.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or otherwise use these materials outside of your personal admissions process without prior written permission.

7. Confidentiality and Use of Materials
Client documents and information will only be used for the purpose of providing admissions coaching. Identifying information will never be shared publicly.

From time to time, anonymized or de-identified materials (such as excerpts from essays or resumes) may be reused for educational, training, or marketing purposes. Session recordings may also be retained for internal note-taking and quality improvement, but will not be shared externally without your consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding admission decisions, scholarship awards, or outcomes. You acknowledge that results depend on many factors beyond our control. We shall not be held liable for any decisions made by schools, employers, or third parties.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this site. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
