1. Services

All coaching and design services provided by Maria Loren are intended to support personal and professional growth. Results will vary based on each client’s unique circumstances, level of commitment, and follow-through. No guarantees of specific outcomes are made.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paperbell and Paypal or Stripe.
Sessions and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Services will not begin until payment is confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice via your Paperbell client portal.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be forfeited at the discretion of Maria Loren.
Refunds are not generally offered but may be considered under exceptional circumstances. Please review the refund policy at checkout for your specific service.

4. Client Responsibility

By booking a service, you acknowledge that coaching and consulting are not substitutes for therapy, medical treatment, or legal/financial advice.
You agree to take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results during and after working with Maria Loren.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and frameworks provided during sessions are for your personal use only.
You agree not to reproduce, share, or resell any content without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except as required by law.
Maria Loren respects your privacy and will never sell or distribute your personal information.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Maria Loren reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or misaligned with the coaching relationship.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Client Agreement

When you book a session with me, here’s what we both agree to:

Payment: Sessions/packages are paid in full at booking.
Rescheduling: You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Less than that, your session may be forfeited.
Refunds: All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances.
Confidentiality: What we discuss stays between us, unless required by law.
Responsibility: I’ll guide and support you, but your results depend on your effort and choices. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or legal advice.
Respect: I reserve the right to end services if a client’s behavior is disrespectful or misaligned.
