1. Scope of Services:

Sparrow's Haven provides trauma-informed coaching and behavior support for caregivers and families. Services are ABA-informed but not clinical therapy or BCBA-supervised treatment. All coaching is collaborative, educational, and designed to empower caregivers with practical tools. 

2. Eligibility 

Services are available to caregivers, families, and professionals seeking support in behavior management, parenting strategies, or collaborative planning. Clients must be 18 years or older or accompanied by a legal guardian. 

3. Confidentiality 

All client information is treated with respect and confidentiality. Sparrow's Haven complies with applicable privacy laws and ethical standards. Personal data will never be shared without written consent, except where required by law. 

4. Payment and Refunds 

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. 

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling 

Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited fees or limited rescheduling options. If three sessions are missed consecutively without prior notice or follow-up, the contract may be considered void.

6. Code of Conduct 

Sparrow's Haven is a safe, respectful space. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Services may be terminated if conduct compromises the safety or integrity of the space. 

7. Faith-Based Foundation 

Sparrow's Haven is rooted in Christian values, inspired by Luke 12:6. While services are inclusive and welcoming to all, clients acknowledge that faith may be reflected in the environment and approach. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

Sparrow's Haven provides coaching and support services designed to empower caregivers with tools and strategies for growth. While every effort is made to offer meaningful guidance, outcomes depend on individual implementation and external factors beyond our control. Clients are responsible for applying strategies and seeking additional resources as needed.
Mentoring and advocacy support may be available upon request and can be discussed as part of the coaching relationship. 

9. Agreement 

By engaging with Sparrow's Haven, clients agree to these terms and conditions. These may be updated periodically, and continued use of services implies acceptance of any changes.
