Welcome! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how our coaching services work and what you can expect when you join a program or session with Bold Identity Leadership™ (“Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up for or participating in coaching, you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Offer
We provide faith-driven coaching, leadership development, and personal growth experiences designed to help you step into your God-given leadership with clarity, confidence, and alignment.

Our services may include one-on-one coaching, group coaching, membership or subscription programs, workshops, courses, digital resources, and related experiences. Some programs may be delivered in collaboration with third-party partners.

2. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Payments are due as outlined in your specific program or service agreement. We may offer both one-time payment and payment plan options.

For membership or subscription programs, your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as specified) unless canceled prior to your next billing date.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and submitting cancellations before the renewal date. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

If a payment fails, access to services may be paused or revoked until payment is successfully processed.

Refunds are not provided for services already delivered, sessions completed, or materials accessed. If we cancel a program, you may be eligible for a prorated or full refund at our discretion.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations & Access
Sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund.

Access to digital programs, courses, or memberships is granted for personal use only and may be time-limited depending on the program. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time.

4. Your Role as a Client
Your participation and commitment directly impact your experience and results. Engaging fully, completing assignments, and taking action are essential to receiving value.

Coaching is a collaborative process. Results vary based on your effort, consistency, and application.

Our services are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice.

5. Community Standards & Conduct
For group programs, memberships, and shared spaces, you agree to engage respectfully and professionally.

Disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or violations of community expectations may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Confidentiality

Confidentiality may be disclosed if required by law or with your written consent.
