PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due in advance via debit, credit, or ACH transfer. A payment arrangement may be offered at time of purchase. All sales are Final.

  

Program Cancellation:  Program Packages may be canceled by the applicant or the coach in writing at any time.  No refunds will be issued after the start of Segment 1. If this agreement is subject to a payment arrangement, no refund will be issued for program cancellations and no further payment is due.

All Program Segments must be completed within 3 months from the initial session.

Meeting Cancellation: Your Coach appreciates 24 hours notice for meetings that need to be rescheduled, but also understands that emergencies do arise.

Your purchase entitles you to expert coaching and consultation based on the expertise of Certified CareerCOACH™ Dr. Rachel MacDonald to develop effective job search and career-building strategies. While your Coach will serve as a trained mentor and motivator to guide you at a pace suited to your needs, maximizing the program requires a dedicated mindset focused on long-term success rather than reactive crisis management.

To properly implement the system's core philosophies, you are expected to commit to the segmented curriculum by completing approximately three to five hours of independent work between sessions in addition to attending your scheduled meetings.

General Conditions

1. Local Laws: If any law imposes a change in the nature of goods, services, consumption, value added, or if a similar tax is assessed for any agreed service, the amount is payable by the Client at the time of payment.

2. Confidentiality: The materials provided are copyrighted and confidential.  Your personal information remains confidential, except where required by law. 

3. Advisory Services: The services are advisory; the Client is responsible for implementation.

4. Client Accountability: The Client is responsible for achieving the program's positive results.

5. Program Adjustments: The Coach may alter the program content or structure as necessary.

6. Analysis Tools: Artificial Intelligence-based tools may be used for analysis & consult during the program.

7. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions plus the Program Description on the Purchase Page represent the full agreement between the Client and Coach.
8. Participation in this program does not guarantee job placement, interviews, specific salary increases, or career outcomes.
9.  The Coach's liability under this Agreement is strictly limited to the total amount of fees paid by the Client to the Coach for the services rendered. 

10. Governing Law: Governed by the laws of the State of Washington, Spokane  County.
