Nature of Services
By booking a session, package, or retreat, you understand that this work is not therapy, not coaching, and not medical treatment. It is a form of spiritual direction and soul companionship. You remain fully responsible for your own well-being, choices, and actions. If you are under the care of a therapist, physician, or other professional, I encourage you to continue in that support.

Availability & Boundaries
Sessions are scheduled in advance. For Voxer support, availability is limited to the days you’ve booked (10am–4pm MST, weekdays). Messages outside of scheduled Voxer days will be responded to once your next booked window begins. Email, text, or direct messages outside of session are not part of this container unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Sessions & Packages: No refunds are available once a package has begun. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. Refund policy for retreats is:
    • 30+ days before retreat start → refund of all payments minus $150 deposit
    • 14–29 days before retreat → refund of 50% of total retreat cost
    • Less than 14 days → no refund
    If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant with my approval.

Confidentiality
All conversations are held in confidence, with the exception of cases involving imminent risk of harm, illegal activity, or when disclosure is required by law.

Liability Waiver
By engaging in this work, you agree that I am not liable for outcomes, actions, or decisions arising from our sessions. You are responsible for your own choices and well-being.

Agreement
By purchasing a package, session, or retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
