2. Coaching Programs & Courses
- All Anchored Purpose Coaching programs are delivered online via Zoom.
- Participation requires access to a stable internet connection and the Zoom platform.
- Group and individual coaching sessions are private and may not be recorded, reproduced, or shared without written consent.
- Coaching is designed for personal growth and education. It is not a substitute for therapy, legal, or medical advice.
3. Products & Services
- Offerings may include: courses, coaching programs, books, workbooks, journals, affirmation cards, and other physical or digital materials.
- Digital downloads are delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase.
- Physical products (books, journals, etc.) are shipped according to the Shipping Policy below.
4. Payment & Fees
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is required in full at checkout unless a payment plan option is offered.
- Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and approved payment providers such as Klarna or Affirm.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.
5. Refund Policy
- Coaching programs and digital products (courses, downloads, workbooks, etc.) are non-refundable.
- Physical books and materials are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
- If you experience a download issue, please contact us immediately for resolution.

- Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping is available for all physical products. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.
- International: Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
