By purchasing coaching services, you agree to these terms:
EDUCATIONAL SERVICES ONLY
Clarity provides educational coaching about peptides and health optimization. This is NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I am not a licensed medical professional. You must consult qualified healthcare providers before implementing any health strategies. All health decisions are solely your responsibility.
COACHING RELATIONSHIP
Services include educational modules, coaching sessions, community access, and resources as outlined in your package. You agree to actively participate, communicate openly about your health status, and complete assigned materials. Response times are within normal business hours—for medical emergencies, contact appropriate healthcare providers immediately.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
Payment is due in full at purchase unless a payment plan is arranged in writing. Due to the digital nature of services, all sales are final once access is granted or services begin. No refunds will be provided after the first coaching session or 7 days from purchase, whichever comes first.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, content, and resources provided are proprietary and copyrighted. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
• Provide accurate health information
• Disclose coaching participation to your healthcare providers
• Not use coaching as a substitute for medical care
• Understand that results vary and are not guaranteed
• Take full responsibility for implementing any strategies
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your personal information and coaching discussions remain confidential except when disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm. Testimonials and success stories may be used with your explicit written consent only.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Clarity and its representatives are not liable for any health outcomes, injuries, or damages resulting from participation in coaching services or implementation of strategies discussed. You assume all risk for your health decisions.
By using our services, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. You confirm you are 18+ years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
Use of services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
