We use Paperbell (www.paperbell.com) as our client management and scheduling platform. Clients use Paperbell to:
- Book coaching sessions and manage schedules.
- Sign coaching agreements.
- Access coaching materials and related resources.
Paperbell also collects limited client information (such as name, email address, and payment details) to manage your account and session logistics. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to Paperbell’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Payments and Billing
Payment plans and scheduling are managed through Paperbell, which connects to our Stripe account. Paperbell facilitates payment plan setup and automatic billing, while Stripe securely processes all payments. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method per the payment plan established through Paperbell.

5. Refunds and Rescheduling
All payments are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule one (1) session per engagement if at least 24 hours’ notice is given. No credit transfers are allowed for cancellations or missed sessions.

6. Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a professional relationship that promotes personal and professional growth. It is not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial consulting and should not replace consultation with qualified professionals.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
