Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: September 9, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of services offered by Morgan Teel LLC (“Morgan Teel LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including individual coaching, Enneagram typing, group body-doubling sessions, workshops, subscriptions, digital materials, and other services offered through our website or Paperbell.
By purchasing, booking, subscribing to, or participating in a service, you (“the client” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase or use our services.
1. General Terms
1.1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in services unless Morgan Teel LLC provides prior written approval and receives any required consent from a parent or legal guardian.
1.2. Service Descriptions. The specific features, duration, price, scheduling options, and other details of each service are provided on the applicable package or booking page. Those details are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. Changes to Services. Morgan Teel LLC may modify, replace, or discontinue a service at any time. Changes will not materially reduce a service that has already been purchased without offering the client a reasonable alternative, credit, or refund for the affected portion.
1.4. Changes to These Terms. Morgan Teel LLC may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and will apply prospectively. Terms applicable to a service already purchased will not be materially changed after purchase unless required by law or agreed to by the client.
1.5. Personal Use. Services and materials are provided for the client’s personal, noncommercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Payment Requirements. Services must be paid for in full before they begin unless a payment plan or subscription is offered at checkout or another arrangement is approved in writing.
2.2. Payment Processing. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers made available through Paperbell. Morgan Teel LLC does not store complete payment-card information. Your use of Paperbell or another third-party provider may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policies.
2.3. Payment Plans. A payment plan divides the total cost of a fixed service or package into multiple payments. It is not a pay-per-session arrangement. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, ending participation in a package does not automatically cancel remaining installments owed under an agreed payment plan.
2.4. Failed or Overdue Payments. If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not completed, Morgan Teel LLC may pause access to sessions, group meetings, subscriptions, scheduling, or materials until the outstanding balance is paid.
2.5. Pricing Changes. Prices may change at any time. A pricing change will not affect a service already purchased, a fixed payment plan already established, or the current paid period of an active subscription.
2.6. Taxes. The client is responsible for any applicable taxes identified during checkout.
3. Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
3.1. Scheduling. Clients are responsible for booking their sessions within the availability and completion period associated with their service. Purchasing a package does not guarantee the availability of a particular date or time.
3.2. Client Cancellations. Individual sessions may be canceled or rescheduled through Paperbell with at least 24 hours’ notice.
3.3. Late Cancellations and Missed Sessions. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and sessions missed without notice may be treated as completed. They are not eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement session.
3.4. Late Arrivals. If a client arrives late, the session will ordinarily end at its originally scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed session.
3.5. Emergencies. Morgan Teel LLC may make reasonable exceptions to the cancellation policy for emergencies at its sole discretion. An exception on one occasion does not require an exception on another occasion.
3.6. Cancellations by Morgan Teel LLC. If Morgan Teel LLC cancels an individual session, the client may reschedule it at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not reasonably possible, the client will receive a credit or refund for the affected session.
3.7. Group Sessions. Group sessions, including sessions offered through The Body Double Club, occur at scheduled times and may not include individual make-up sessions when a participant is unable to attend. Any different cancellation or make-up policy stated on the applicable service page will control.
4. Packages and Expiration
4.1. Package Period. Coaching packages must be completed within six months of purchase unless a different completion period is stated on the applicable package page.
4.2. Client Responsibility. Clients are responsible for scheduling and completing all included sessions before the package expires. Availability may become limited near the expiration date, so clients are encouraged to schedule sessions in advance.
4.3. Unused Sessions. Unused sessions expire at the end of the applicable package period and are not eligible for a refund, transfer, or credit.
4.4. Extensions. Morgan Teel LLC may approve a package extension because of illness, emergency, caregiving responsibilities, or another significant circumstance. Extensions must be requested in writing before the package expires and are granted at Morgan Teel LLC’s discretion.
4.5. Transfers. Packages and sessions may not be transferred to another person unless Morgan Teel LLC provides written approval.
5. Subscriptions and The Body Double Club
5.1. Automatic Renewal. Subscription services, including The Body Double Club when offered as a subscription, renew automatically at the frequency and price disclosed during checkout until canceled.
5.2. Authorization. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method automatically on each billing date.
5.3. Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription through Paperbell before your next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge. You are responsible for canceling before that charge is processed.
5.4. Access After Cancellation. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, you may continue using the service through the end of the period for which you have already paid.
5.5. Subscription Refunds. Canceling a subscription does not retroactively refund the current billing period. Partial-month or prorated refunds are not provided except where required by law or when Morgan Teel LLC discontinues the service before the end of the paid period.
5.6. Changes to a Subscription. Morgan Teel LLC may change the price, schedule, format, or features of a subscription by providing reasonable advance notice. If you do not wish to accept the change, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
5.7. Nature of Body Doubling. The Body Double Club provides shared time, structure, and accountability. Participation does not guarantee productivity, task completion, employment performance, or any particular personal or professional result.
6. Refund Policy
6.1. General Policy. Purchases are generally nonrefundable except where otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions or required by law.
6.2. Exceptional Circumstances. Requests for an exception must be submitted in writing to
hello@morgan-teel.com. Any refund or credit is considered individually and issued at Morgan Teel LLC’s discretion.
6.3. Nonrefundable Services. Refunds are not provided for:
- Sessions already completed
- Missed sessions or late cancellations
- Unused or expired sessions
- Subscription periods that have already begun
- A client’s decision to discontinue participation
- A client’s failure to schedule or attend services
- A particular outcome not being achieved
6.4. Service Discontinuation. If Morgan Teel LLC permanently discontinues a prepaid service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, the client will receive a prorated refund or credit for the portion that was not delivered.
7. Coaching and Enneagram Services
7.1. Nature of Coaching. Coaching is a collaborative, client-led process intended to support reflection, personal development, planning, accountability, and exploration.
7.2. Not Professional Healthcare. Coaching and Enneagram services are educational and developmental. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental-health treatment, medical care, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for services from an appropriately licensed professional.
7.3. Client Responsibility. Clients remain solely responsible for their decisions, actions, wellbeing, relationships, finances, career choices, and outcomes.
7.4. No Guarantees. Morgan Teel LLC does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, relational, productivity, or Enneagram-typing result.
7.5. Enneagram Typing. Enneagram typing is a collaborative process of self-exploration rather than a clinical or diagnostic assessment. Morgan Teel LLC does not assign a definitive identity to the client or guarantee that a particular type will be identified during a session. A client’s understanding of their Enneagram type may develop or change over time.
7.6. Referrals. Morgan Teel LLC may recommend that a client seek support from a licensed or otherwise qualified professional when a concern falls outside the scope of coaching. Morgan Teel LLC may pause or discontinue coaching when it is not an appropriate service for the client’s needs.
7.7. Emergencies. Morgan Teel LLC does not provide emergency or crisis services. Anyone experiencing an emergency should contact 911 or an appropriate local emergency or crisis resource.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
8.1. Individual Services. Morgan Teel LLC will make reasonable efforts to keep information shared during individual services confidential.
8.2. Exceptions. Information may be disclosed when:
- The client provides permission
- Disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order
- Morgan Teel LLC reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to address a credible risk of serious harm
- Disclosure is reasonably necessary to obtain confidential legal, accounting, or professional advice
- Information must be shared with a service provider that supports the operation of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality or privacy obligations
8.3. Group Participation. Participants in group services agree to respect the privacy of others and not disclose another participant’s identity, personal information, comments, activities, or circumstances outside the group.
8.4. Limits of Group Confidentiality. Morgan Teel LLC cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality. Clients should use their own judgment when deciding what information to share during a group service.
8.5. Recording and Screenshots. Sessions may not be recorded, photographed, screenshotted, transcribed, or distributed without the prior permission of Morgan Teel LLC and everyone participating.
8.6. Testimonials and Client Stories. Morgan Teel LLC will not publicly use a client’s name, image, testimonial, recording, or identifying story for promotional purposes without the client’s permission.
8.7. Online Communications. Although Morgan Teel LLC uses reasonable care when communicating and delivering services online, no electronic platform, video call, email system, or internet connection can be guaranteed to be completely private or secure.
9. Group Conduct and Termination
9.1. Respectful Participation. Clients participating in group services must communicate respectfully and refrain from harassment, discrimination, threats, intimidation, unwanted solicitation, or behavior that materially disrupts the experience of others.
9.2. Removal from a Group. Morgan Teel LLC may immediately remove a participant from a session or group because of unsafe, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, substantially disruptive, or privacy-violating conduct.
9.3. Termination by Morgan Teel LLC. Morgan Teel LLC may pause or terminate a client’s services because of:
- Nonpayment or repeated failed payments
- Repeated missed sessions
- Harassment, threats, or inappropriate conduct
- Violation of another participant’s privacy
- Misuse or unauthorized distribution of materials
- A material violation of these Terms and Conditions
- A determination that the service is no longer appropriate or productive for the coaching relationship
9.4. Termination by the Client. A client may end the coaching relationship at any time. Ending the relationship remains subject to all payment-plan, refund, subscription, cancellation, and package-expiration terms.
9.5. Refund Following Termination. If Morgan Teel LLC terminates a prepaid individual service for reasons unrelated to the client’s conduct, the client will receive a prorated refund or credit for undelivered services. Refunds may be denied when services are terminated because of the client’s misconduct, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. Morgan Teel LLC Materials. All worksheets, exercises, written materials, videos, recordings, graphics, frameworks, presentations, program names, website content, and other original materials created by Morgan Teel LLC remain the intellectual property of Morgan Teel LLC unless otherwise stated.
10.2. Limited Permission. Clients may download or retain materials made available to them and use those materials for their own personal, noncommercial purposes.
10.3. Prohibited Uses. Clients may not reproduce, publish, sell, license, distribute, teach from, publicly display, modify for commercial use, or share Morgan Teel LLC materials with others without express written permission.
10.4. Client Materials. Clients retain ownership of materials they independently create and share during a service. By submitting those materials, the client grants Morgan Teel LLC limited permission to access and use them as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased service.
11. Technology and Third-Party Services
11.1. Online Delivery. Some services may be delivered through Paperbell, video-conferencing software, email, or another online platform. Clients are responsible for obtaining a suitable device, internet connection, and private location when appropriate.
11.2. Technical Difficulties. If technical difficulties substantially prevent Morgan Teel LLC from providing a scheduled session, the session will be rescheduled. If a client’s equipment, internet connection, or environment prevents participation, the session may be treated according to the cancellation policy, although reasonable exceptions may be made.
11.3. Third-Party Availability. Morgan Teel LLC is not responsible for interruptions, data loss, security incidents, policy changes, or other failures caused by an independent third-party platform, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
11.4. External Resources. References or links to third-party services, professionals, books, assessments, websites, or other resources are provided for convenience and do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of their accuracy, suitability, availability, or results.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. Assumption of Responsibility. Participation in coaching, Enneagram, body-doubling, or group services is voluntary. Clients accept responsibility for determining whether an activity, suggestion, or service is appropriate for them.
12.2. Exclusion of Certain Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morgan Teel LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of its services.
12.3. Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morgan Teel LLC’s total liability for a claim arising from a purchased service will not exceed the amount the client paid to Morgan Teel LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event that created the claim.
12.4. Nonwaivable Liability. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
13.1. Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13.2. Good-Faith Resolution. Before filing a legal claim, the parties agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. A written description of the concern should be sent to
hello@morgan-teel.com.
13.3. Venue. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any legal action arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by Morgan Teel LLC must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Travis County, Texas.
14. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Morgan Teel LLC will not be considered in breach of these terms when a delay, cancellation, or interruption is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, widespread technology failure, government action, public-health emergency, serious illness, caregiving emergency, or interruption of essential services. Morgan Teel LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected clients and reschedule or provide an appropriate credit when possible.
15. Additional Legal Terms
15.1. Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the applicable package description, checkout terms, and any written agreement between Morgan Teel LLC and the client, constitute the entire agreement concerning the purchased service.
15.2. Order of Priority. If a specific written service agreement directly conflicts with these Terms and Conditions, the specific written agreement will control for that service.
15.3. Severability. If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
15.4. No Waiver. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
15.5. Assignment. Clients may not assign or transfer their rights under these terms without written permission from Morgan Teel LLC.
15.6. Headings. Section headings are included for convenience and do not change the meaning of these terms.
