By accessing and using services offered by Morgan Teel LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing any packages, services, or subscriptions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the services.

1.1. Morgan Teel LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of services signifies your acceptance of any changes.  
1.2. All services are provided by Morgan Teel LLC, including coaching sessions, workshops, and other offerings made available via this website.  
1.3. The content and materials provided by Morgan Teel LLC are for personal use only. Any commercial use or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

2.1. All services and packages must be paid for in full before sessions or services begin, unless otherwise agreed.  
2.2. Payment is made through the Paperbell platform, which handles all payment processing securely. Morgan Teel LLC does not store credit card details or handle payment information.  
2.3. Pricing for packages and services is subject to change without notice. However, prices for services already purchased will not be affected.  

3.1. Clients must provide notice to cancel or reschedule a session prior to the start of the sessions. Cancellations made after the start time of the show or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session or package value.  
3.2. If Morgan Teel LLC needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the client will be given as much notice as possible, and the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.  
3.3. No refunds will be given for missed sessions or late cancellations.  

4.1. Once a package or service is purchased, refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to [email protected].  
4.2. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incomplete sessions, or dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.

5.1. The services provided by Morgan Teel LLC are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological care. Coaching is a collaborative, client-led process, and results are not guaranteed.  
5.2. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes throughout the coaching relationship.  

6.1. All information shared by clients during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., threats of harm).  
6.2. Morgan Teel LLC may use anonymized information from coaching experiences for professional development and research, but no identifying details will be shared.

7.1. All content, materials, and intellectual property created by Morgan Teel LLC remain the sole property of Morgan Teel LLC.  
7.2. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without express written permission.

8.1. Morgan Teel LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.  
8.2. In no event shall Morgan Teel LLC’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the purchased services.

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be settled in the courts of Austin, Texas.
