Scheduling & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through my online booking system.
  • Payment confirms your appointment and reserves your time.
  • I accept payments via Stripe (processed securely through Paperbell).


Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or considered a no-show.
  • If I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.


Packages

  • Session packages must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once sessions have begun.


In-Person Sessions

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.
  • Inform me of any injuries, medical conditions, or recent changes to your health before each session.
  • You are responsible for practicing safely and listening to your body during our work together.


Online Sessions

  • Zoom links are provided automatically after booking.
  • Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a safe, clear space for practice.
  • Recording of sessions is not permitted unless agreed upon in advance.


Coaching Disclaimer

  • My wellness coaching services are for educational and supportive purposes only.
  • They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • You should consult with your physician or qualified health provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or medical regimen.


Privacy

  • Your personal information and session details will always remain confidential and will never be shared without your consent.


Refunds

  • Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds are not available for completed sessions or no-shows.
