Scheduling & Payments
- All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through my online booking system.
- Payment confirms your appointment and reserves your time.
- I accept payments via Stripe (processed securely through Paperbell).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or considered a no-show.
- If I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
Packages
- Session packages must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once sessions have begun.
In-Person Sessions
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.
- Inform me of any injuries, medical conditions, or recent changes to your health before each session.
- You are responsible for practicing safely and listening to your body during our work together.
Online Sessions
- Zoom links are provided automatically after booking.
- Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a safe, clear space for practice.
- Recording of sessions is not permitted unless agreed upon in advance.
Coaching Disclaimer
- My wellness coaching services are for educational and supportive purposes only.
- They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- You should consult with your physician or qualified health provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or medical regimen.
Privacy
- Your personal information and session details will always remain confidential and will never be shared without your consent.
Refunds
- Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds are not available for completed sessions or no-shows.
