Rebecca Ryuen Long Okura is a Zen teacher through the lineage of Daniel Doen Silberberg Roshi and the White Plum Asanga.  Rebecca is NOT a therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist.  She is not qualified to provide therapy. What Rebecca and you do is NOT therapy, it is Zen-based life coaching as defined solely by Rebecca.
