TERMS OF SERVICE AND WEBSITE USE

Information about us
These are the Terms of Service (“Terms”) for The ADHD TEENS Coaching Program and all related services provided by Coach Carla M. See (“we/us/our”). These Terms apply to your use of our website, our online booking system, and any coaching services, programs, or digital materials you purchase or access through us (“Services”).

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated by email. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.

Who we are
The ADHD TEENS Coaching Program is owned and operated by Carla M. See, Certified ADHD & Executive Function Coach, B.A. in Special Education, with over 25 years of experience in education. Our Services include online coaching for teens and parents, group coaching, programs, digital materials, and related educational content. Contact email for questions about these Terms or our Services: carla@carlasee.com.

Our contract with you
By booking a session, purchasing a coaching package, or enrolling in any program, you enter into a coaching agreement with us. Your contract with us is formed when you complete your purchase and receive a confirmation email. These Terms, together with any program description or agreement presented at checkout, make up the full contract between you and us. We reserve the right to decline or terminate participation in our Services at our discretion, including where we feel coaching is not an appropriate fit.

Payment and refunds
Payment for coaching packages, sessions, or programs is due either in full at the time of purchase or through an approved monthly payment plan, as selected at checkout. By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless otherwise stated below.
All services are paid services. We do not offer free coaching or trial sessions.
All coaching services offered by The ADHD TEENS Coaching Program are covered by a Fit & Value Guarantee, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Fit & Value Guarantee (Applies to All Coaching Services)
The Fit & Value Guarantee is intended to ensure that clients receive meaningful value and appropriate support through our coaching services.
If, after completing the services included in your purchased package and engaging in the coaching process in good faith, you do not experience meaningful improvement in the agreed focus areas, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms below.
Meaningful improvement may include, but is not limited to, increased task initiation, improved follow-through, reduced overwhelm, clearer routines, or improved communication, depending on the goals established at the start of coaching.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:
  • All scheduled sessions included in the purchased package must be completed
  • The client and family must actively engage in the process, including attendance, communication, and reasonable follow-through
  • The refund request must be submitted in writing within 14 days of completing the final session included in the package

Refund Structure
  • For pay-in-full purchases, a refund will apply to the total amount paid
  • For payment plan purchases, a refund will apply only to payments already made, and any remaining scheduled payments will be canceled

This guarantee does not apply in cases of missed sessions, late cancellations, lack of participation, or failure to complete the purchased services.

Rescheduling and cancellations
Session times are agreed between Coach and Client. If you need to reschedule, you agree to follow the rescheduling process provided (for example, via the booking link or email) and to do so within the time frames specified in your program or package materials. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited according to the policy stated in your specific package, and do not create a right to a refund.

Use of services
Our Services are intended to support teens and parents in building executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, organization, and confidence. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or crisis support. By using our Services, you agree that you will not rely on them as a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional care when needed.

You agree to use our Services respectfully and not to engage in any behavior that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive to the Coach or other participants. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services, without refund, if your behavior negatively impacts the Coach, group environment, or other clients.
