1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline how you may use the services, programs, content, and website operated by Afiya Alliance Coaching.
By purchasing a program, joining a workshop, visiting the website, or accessing any materials, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


2. Services We Provide
 
Afiya Alliance Coaching offers:
 
  • 1:1 coaching
  • Group coaching
  • Workshops
  • Hybrid programs
  • Digital resources
  • Community support spaces (when offered)

Coaching is provided through Zoom, email follow-ups, and optional community groups.
 
 
3. Who Coaching Is For

Coaching supports personal growth, lifestyle habits, behavior change, and wellbeing.
It is not a medical, mental health, or crisis service.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate.


4. Client Expectations
 
By joining any program, you agree to:
 
  • Participate actively
  • Respect boundaries and communication policies
  • Attend scheduled sessions on time
  • Be honest about your needs and goals
  • Use the materials for personal use only
  • Follow all community guidelines
  • Avoid sharing private information from group settings

 
5. Payments
 
All payments must be completed as agreed at checkout.
 
  • Payment plans must be paid in full
  • Auto-pay is required for all payment plans
  • Failed or declined payments must be updated within 48 hours
  • A $25 processing fee may be charged for payment issues

Access to services may pause until payment is resolved.
 
No refunds are guaranteed (see Refund Policy below).
 
 
6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Afiya Alliance Coaching—including videos, PDFs, templates, emails, worksheets, lessons, and program materials—is the exclusive property of Melissa Jendoubi, LLC.
 
You may not:
 
  • Copy
  • Share
  • Reproduce
  • Sell
  • Distribute
  • Post publicly
  • Create your own content using these materials

All materials are for your personal use only.
 
 
7. Community Groups
 
If a program includes a private community (Facebook or FG Funnels):
 
  • The group is an optional support space
  • It is not a substitute for coaching
  • You must treat others with respect
  • Confidentiality is expected but cannot be guaranteed
  • The Coach may remove any participant for unsafe or inappropriate behavior

 
8. Session Cancellations

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.
Sessions canceled late or missed are forfeited.

Unused sessions must be used within the program timeframe unless otherwise approved in writing.


9. Confidentiality
 
We keep your information private, except when:
 
  • Required by law
  • Necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others

Coaching is not therapy and is not covered by HIPAA, but confidentiality is upheld at a professional standard.
 
 
10. Scope of Practice

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or clinical treatment.

We do not:
 
  • Diagnose conditions
  • Treat medical or mental health issues
  • Offer medical advice
  • Provide therapy
  • Adjust medications
  • Provide prescriptive nutrition plans
  • Offer crisis intervention

If you experience a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 immediately.


11. Termination
 
We may remove or discontinue a client’s participation at any time for:
 
  • Non-payment
  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior
  • Boundary violations
  • Breach of confidentiality
  • Disruptive behavior
  • Violation of these Terms or program rules

All payments remain owed even if participation ends early.
 
 
12. No Guarantees

Coaching results vary from person to person.
No outcomes or specific results are guaranteed.
