  • document interpretation and parent guidance
Services do not include:
  • legal representation
  • medical advice
  • psychological diagnosis
  • guaranteed outcomes in school meetings or spiritual sessions

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
  • provide accurate information
  • arrive on time for sessions
  • communicate needs clearly
  • use services for personal growth and support
  • understand that intuitive work is interpretive, not predictive

4. Provider Responsibilities
Mai Laveau Coaching agrees to:
  • maintain confidentiality
  • offer trauma‑aware, respectful support
  • provide intuitive insight with care and clarity
  • maintain professional boundaries
  • store documents securely

5. Confidentiality
All client information, documents, and session notes are confidential.
Information is not shared with schools, agencies, or third parties without written consent.

6. Payment Terms
Payment is due at booking for virtual sessions.
In‑person sessions may pay at arrival.
No refunds for completed services.

7. Rescheduling & Cancellations
  • One free reschedule per session.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may require a rebooking fee.
  • No‑shows may forfeit payment.

8. Session Expectations
Intuitive sessions may include symbolic, energetic, or emotional insight.
IEP coaching sessions may include document review, strategy planning, and communication support.
Clients understand that all guidance is supportive, not directive.

9. No Guarantees
Intuitive insight is interpretive.
IEP outcomes depend on school district decisions, not the provider.
No service guarantees a specific result.

10. Technology & Virtual Sessions
Virtual sessions are conducted through secure platforms.
Sessions are not recorded unless the client requests it and signs written consent.

11. Document Handling
Documents may be stored for up to one year unless the client requests deletion sooner.
Clients may request copies or corrections at any time.

12. Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 or older to book intuitive sessions.
IEP coaching may involve parents or guardians of minors.

13. Liability Limitation
Mai Laveau Coaching is not responsible for:
  • school district decisions
  • teacher implementation
  • changes made by the school
  • personal choices made after intuitive sessions
