1. Purpose of Coaching
Coaching is a professional, forward-focused partnership designed to support clarity, mindset shifts, accountability, performance, and meaningful personal or professional growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
I do not diagnose, treat, or provide mental-health or medical services. Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention.
2. Client Responsibility
You, the client, are fully responsible for:
- all personal decisions and actions
- your results and outcomes
- communicating honestly and openly
- attending scheduled sessions on time
- completing agreed-upon actions between sessions
- requesting clarification when needed
Your transformation depends on your engagement, honesty, and willingness to take action.
3. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Emergency Pass
Sessions must be scheduled through the designated booking system.
3.1 Rescheduling (With More Than 24 Hours’ Notice)
You may reschedule a session with more than 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.
3.2 Late Cancellation (Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice)
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice result in the session being considered completed and lost.
3.3 Emergency Pass — One-Time Grace Allowance
Each client receives one (1) Emergency Pass per coaching package.
This allows you to reschedule a single late-cancellation (inside the 24-hour window) without losing the session.
- The Emergency Pass does not apply to no-shows.
- Once used, all future late cancellations are treated as completed sessions.
3.4 No-Show Policy
- If you miss a session without prior notice, the session is automatically counted as completed.
- If you have not joined the session within fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled start time and have not provided advance notice of cancellation or delay, the session will be considered a no-show. The coach reserves the right to conclude the session at that time.
- No-shows cannot be rescheduled and do not qualify for the Emergency Pass.
3.5 Coach-Initiated Rescheduling
If I need to reschedule, I will inform you as early as possible and provide an alternative time.
3.6 Package Duration, Session Validity & Expiration
- Coaching packages are designed to be completed with consistency. A 12-session package is intended to be completed over approximately 12 weeks.
- All unused sessions must be used within six (6) months from the date of purchase or booking. This validity period allows reasonable flexibility for travel, illness, scheduling conflicts, and other life circumstances, while preserving the consistency and momentum required for effective coaching.
- After this period, any remaining unused sessions expire and are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for credit. Any extension must be requested in writing before the expiration date and may be granted at the Coach’s sole discretion.
4. Payments & Refunds
- All payments must be completed before the start of any session or package.
- No refunds are issued for completed or missed sessions.
- Package payments are non-refundable.
- If coaching is discontinued early, unused sessions cannot be converted to cash or partial refunds.
You acknowledge that coaching involves time, preparation, and program commitment.
5. Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are confidential except in the following situations:
- you grant written permission to share information
- I am legally required to disclose information
- there is risk of harm to yourself or others
Session notes and materials are stored securely.
You may not record or distribute coaching content without explicit permission.
6. Results Disclaimer
Coaching is collaborative. I cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Your progress depends on your commitment, decisions, and actions.
You agree not to hold the coach liable for outcomes arising from coaching, mentoring, or any decisions made based on our work together.
7. Technology & Communication
Sessions may take place through Zoom, Google Meet, phone, or another mutually agreed platform.
You are responsible for:
- having a stable internet connection
- joining sessions on time
- ensuring your environment is private and interruption-free
Technical issues on your end that prevent a session from taking place may result in the session being counted as completed.
8. Coaching vs. Mentoring (When Applicable)
My primary modality is coaching, which is non-directive and focused on your internal clarity, insight, and accountability.
In certain situations — and only when appropriate — I may offer mentoring, which is more directive and involves sharing experience, perspectives, or guidance.
You understand and agree that:
- Mentoring is offered only when it genuinely supports your goals.
- You may request coaching-only at any time.
- Mentoring does not replace professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
- All decisions you make remain your full responsibility.
This ensures clarity and avoids any misunderstanding between coaching, advising, or consulting.
9. Boundaries & Professional Conduct
To maintain a safe, efficient, and productive coaching relationship:
- disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated
- I maintain the right to end any session immediately if the environment becomes unsafe or unproductive
- boundaries regarding communication frequency and working hours must be respected
Communication outside of sessions (email/WhatsApp/text) should be concise and limited to logistics unless a communication agreement is explicitly included in your package.
10. Intellectual Property
All tools, exercises, worksheets, and resources provided are for your personal use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without permission.
11. Termination of Coaching
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice.
I reserve the right to immediately terminate the agreement without refund if:
- your behavior becomes inappropriate or abusive
- you repeatedly violate the Scheduling or Conduct policies
- your needs exceed the scope of coaching (e.g., therapeutic or crisis intervention required)
Unused sessions in such cases are non-refundable.
12. Agreement
By enrolling in a program and completing payment, you confirm that:
- you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
- you understand the professional scope and limitations of coaching and mentoring
- you accept full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results
This agreement governs all coaching, mentoring, and related services provided.
