3. Payment, Billing & Recurring Training Packages

All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase or booking.
  • We may use third-party payment processors.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing information.

Recurring Training Sessions (Paid in Full Discount)
We may offer discounted rates for training packages or recurring sessions when the full package price is paid upfront.
By purchasing a paid-in-full package, you agree:
  • Payment is due at the time of booking
  • Discounted rates apply only to prepaid packages
  • Sessions must be used within the timeline specified in your package agreement
  • Unused sessions do not automatically roll over unless stated in writing

Refunds:
All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated in your service agreement.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To reschedule an online or in-person facilitation session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Less than 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture
  • No-shows are non-refundable
  • Multi-session packages follow the cancellation terms outlined in the package agreement
We reserve the right to reschedule due to facilitator emergencies or technical issues.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, tools, frameworks, templates, documentation, and training resources provided by Pivot Pronto Facilitation (“Materials”) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Unless otherwise expressly stated:
You may not:
  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Materials
  • Use Materials to create your own commercial products or training
  • Share Materials with other organizations
  • Claim ownership over any part of the Materials
Permitted Internal Use
Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-business license to use Materials internally for their own operational purposes only when:
(1) The Materials were included as part of the purchased service or training package; AND
 (2) The Materials expressly state that internal reuse is permitted.
If internal reuse rights are included, they apply strictly to your organization and may not be transferred, resold, or used for external consulting or training.
Commercial Use Prohibited
You may not use any Materials for:
  • Commercial consulting
  • Public training
  • Redistribution
  • Resale
  • External facilitation
unless you purchase a Commercial License with written authorization.

6. User Content

If you submit content (feedback, testimonials, files, uploads, messages), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for:
  • Service delivery
  • Quality improvement
  • Marketing (with your written consent for testimonials)
You retain ownership of your content.

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our website may contain links to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for:

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you—including internal use licenses—immediately expire.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, regardless of where you or your clients are located.
