The Services provided by SaaSy Consulting LLC (“the Company”) involve the use of third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) models and automation technologies. Client acknowledges that AI is an evolving field and that outputs (including text, code, data analysis, and automated workflows) are generated based on probabilistic algorithms.

Client understands and agrees that AI models may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased information, commonly referred to as "hallucinations." The Company does not warrant that any AI-generated deliverables will be 100% accurate, error-free, or suitable for any specific legal, medical, or financial purpose.

Client is solely responsible for the final review, verification, and deployment of any AI-generated outputs. The Company strongly recommends a "Human-in-the-Loop" approach, where a qualified human professional reviews all automated actions or AI suggestions before they are relied upon for business operations or public distribution.

Our services may rely on third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Zapier). The Company is not liable for service interruptions, changes in pricing, or modifications to the terms of service of these third-party platforms that may affect the functionality of the Client’s automation or AI solutions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSy Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or claims of intellectual property infringement related to AI outputs.
