Coaching conversations are treated as confidential. I do not share the content of sessions, notes, or personal details with anyone - including employers, colleagues, partners, or family - without your explicit permission.

Confidentiality has important limits. If there is concern about imminent danger to self or others, or if disclosure is required by law (for example, certain safety or court-order situations), I may contact appropriate emergency services or authorities to support safety.

If coaching is paid for or sponsored by an organization, you remain my client. Any communication with a sponsor is limited and defined in advance, and typically includes only items such as participation/attendance and broad coaching goals or high-level themes, not session details. When sponsor updates are part of the agreement, they are shared in a way that protects your privacy and supports the coaching purpose.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and missed sessions are charged at the full session fee. If a session is canceled and not rescheduled, it will be billed at the full fee.

Coaching is not an emergency service. If there is concern about imminent danger to self or others, or another serious safety risk, I will encourage immediate use of appropriate crisis resources and may contact emergency services or other appropriate authorities/organizations as needed to support safety.
