Cancellation Policy:  

Please know that I value both your time and my time. When we set up a meeting, that time is set aside to focus on you, along with additional time to prepare. This allows me to come to the meeting ready and to utilize our time as efficiently as possible. I understand emergencies happen and cancellation may be required. If you do need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible  by email at: [email protected]
Private Sessions:
Please reschedule within the next 30 days.  If that's not possible, a credit for your sessions will be valid for 6 months from original session cancellation.  
Group Programs:
If you are unable to attend an entire group program, a credit will be issued, valid for 6 months from time of original program start date.

Refund Policy:
100% refund is available for any private session, group program, or one to one coaching purchased from Monarch Dawn, if the refund is requested via email at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.  After 7 days, there is no refund option available.  Refund will be disbursed through Stripe within 30 days of request.
