Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or participating in coaching services with Marissa Price, MSW, you agree to the following terms:

Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused process intended to support nervous system healing, emotional growth, and/or business development. Coaching is not medical or mental health treatment, and does not replace therapy, psychiatry, or crisis intervention.

All payments are final. No refunds are provided for completed or unused sessions. If a payment plan is selected, the client is responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of participation or continuation in the program.

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited at the discretion of the coach. Sessions expire at the end of the coaching container and do not roll over or extend beyond the agreed timeframe.

All sessions are private and confidential, with the exception of circumstances requiring safety-related reporting under law. The client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of peer or group members if group sessions are included.

The client is responsible for their personal well-being, actions, decisions, and results. Coaching is a partnership — transformation occurs through consistent engagement, honesty, and practice between sessions.

Messaging access (Voxer, email, or portal messaging) is for coaching-related questions and reflections only. Responses will occur within set business hours and energy capacity unless otherwise specified.

All worksheets, resources, recordings, and tools are the property of Marissa Price Consulting LLC and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

While every effort is made to support growth and transformation, results vary based on individual participation, readiness, nervous system capacity, and life circumstances. No outcome is promised or guaranteed.

By enrolling in coaching, submitting payment, or scheduling sessions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
