COACHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Payment
Payment for the coaching package must be made in full before coaching sessions commence unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the coach and the client.
2. Scheduling
Coaching sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability between the coach and the client. Sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance, and any changes to the schedule must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
If the client needs to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, they must provide at least 48 hours' notice to the coach. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session or a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session cost.
No-Show Policy: If the client fails to attend a scheduled session without any prior notice, the full session fee will be charged with no refund or rescheduling option. The session will be considered complete and deducted from the package.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential by the coach, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or where there is imminent risk of harm to self or others, or where the client provides explicit consent for disclosure.
5. Client Commitment
The client is responsible for actively participating in the coaching process, including completing any assigned tasks or exercises between sessions, and being open to feedback and guidance from the coach. The effectiveness of coaching depends on the client's willingness to engage in self-reflection and take action.
6. Session Duration and Package Details
Coaching is available as single sessions or in packages of 6 or 10 sessions. Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.
Package Expiration:
- Single sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase
- 6-session packages must be used within 6 months of the package start date
- 10-session packages must be used within 9 months of the package start date
Extensions may be granted in writing at the coach's discretion. Additional sessions may be added upon mutual agreement between the coach and the client.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided once the coaching package has commenced. However, if the client is dissatisfied with the coaching services, they may request a refund for any unused sessions within 14 days of the package start date.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for any completed sessions up to the termination date. Unused sessions from prepaid packages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at the coach's discretion.
9. Scope and Liability
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment. The coach is not liable for any actions or decisions made by the client during or after the coaching sessions. The client assumes full responsibility for their own choices and outcomes. Clients requiring therapeutic support should seek services from licensed mental health professionals.
10. Technology and Recording
Sessions conducted via video conferencing require a stable internet connection, which is the client's responsibility. Sessions may not be recorded without express written consent from both parties.
11. Agreement and Acceptance
By purchasing the coaching package, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledges that they have read and understood the coaching agreement in its entirety.
12. Modifications
These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the coach. Any updates will be communicated to the client in writing and will apply to sessions scheduled after the date of notification.
