Nature of Coaching Services
Coaching is a collaborative and reflective process designed to support personal and professional growth. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice.
Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results arising from the coaching process.

Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to the client or others.

Booking & Payment
Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via the Paperbell platform.
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Discovery Call
A discovery call is offered to explore whether coaching is the right fit. This call is a space for mutual clarity and does not constitute a coaching session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed sessions, are charged in full.

In cases of sudden illness or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at the coach’s discretion.

Client Responsibility
Coaching is most effective when clients actively engage in the process. Clients are responsible for bringing openness, reflection, and commitment to the sessions.

No Guarantees
While coaching can support insight, clarity, and growth, results are individual and cannot be guaranteed.

Online Sessions
Coaching sessions are typically conducted online. Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, uninterrupted space.

Materials & Content
Any materials, exercises, or frameworks shared during coaching are for the client’s personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Ethical Standards
Coaching services are provided in alignment with the ICF Code of Ethics.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Client information is collected and used solely for the purpose of providing coaching services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
