By booking a service through The Workflow Studio, you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Services
Services are limited to the scope outlined in the selected package. Any requests outside of the agreed scope may require additional time, a package upgrade, or a separate agreement.

Payment & Billing
  • Monthly retainers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Project-based services are billed as a one-time payment prior to the start of work.
  • All payments are non-refundable once services have begun.

Scheduling & Availability
  • Support hours are allocated monthly and do not roll over.
  • Availability is limited and based on current client capacity.
  • Work is completed during agreed-upon working hours and within defined communication expectations.

Communication
Communication is handled through agreed-upon channels (e.g., email or shared workspace tools). This service does not include on-call availability, same-day turnaround, or crisis-response support.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
  • Provide timely access to necessary accounts, files, and information
  • Respond to requests for clarification or approvals in a reasonable timeframe
  • Communicate changes in priorities or scope promptly
Delays in client response may affect timelines.

Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential. Any shared materials, data, or access credentials will be used solely for the purpose of providing agreed-upon services.

Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice in accordance with the terms of the package. Any completed work up to the termination date remains billable and non-refundable.

No Guarantees
While every effort is made to provide reliable and professional support, specific outcomes, business results, or performance guarantees are not implied or guaranteed.

Independent Contractor
The Workflow Studio operates as an independent contractor. This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

Agreement
By booking and paying for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
