Welcome to Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC (“CMCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).  By booking, purchasing, or participating in coaching services with CMCC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.  Please read them carefully before engaging in services.

Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC provides faith-based coaching services designed to support spiritual growth, emotional wellness, and personal development through a Christ-centered approach. Services may include one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, and written resources, exercises, or action plans.

CMCC is founded and led by an ordained minister, which informs the biblical and faith-based perspective of the coaching provided.  All services offered through CMCC are provided in a coaching capacity only.

Ministerial services, including preaching, teaching, or ministry performed at the request of a church or religious organization, are offered separately from Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC and are not governed by these Terms & Conditions unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Important Disclaimer: Coaching is not therapy, counseling, pastoral counseling, or medical treatment.  CMCC does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical mental health services.  Coaching is intended to support personal growth, emotional insight, and spiritual development and is not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.  Clients are encouraged to seek licensed professionals when appropriate.

By engaging in coaching services, clients agree to attend scheduled sessions on time, engage honestly and openly in the coaching process, complete any agreed-upon exercises or reflections as applicable, and communicate promptly regarding cancellations, rescheduling, or changes.  Clients acknowledge that they are fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from coaching.

Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC’s secure online booking platform. Booking, payment, and scheduling are completed through this platform after selecting a coaching package.

Payment is due at the time of booking.  Certain coaching packages may offer installment or payment plan options, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.  Sessions canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, missed sessions, or failure to attend a scheduled session will be forfeited and counted as used.

All completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.  Refunds for unused, prepaid sessions may be considered solely at the discretion of Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC and are not guaranteed.  No refunds are provided for digital resources, written materials, or services that have already been delivered.  Approved refunds, if any, will be issued using the original method of payment.

Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC offers the following coaching packages: Anchored & Aligned (one session) at $125, available as pay-in-full only; Rooted & Renewed (six sessions) at $720, available as pay-in-full only; and Surrendered & Steadfast (twelve sessions) at $1,440, available as pay-in-full or six monthly payments of $240.

Monthly payment plans include two sessions per month.  Sessions must be used within the applicable billing month and do not roll over.

Payment is due at the time of booking and covers the sessions included in the selected package.  By booking, the client agrees to the package pricing, session count, and scheduling policies outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC does not accept insurance.  Coaching services are self-pay and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

Clients experiencing mental health concerns, including trauma, depression, or suicidal ideation, are not disqualified from coaching but are strongly encouraged to also work with a licensed mental health professional.  CMCC provides Scripture-based coaching that may complement therapy but does not replace clinical or medical care.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC does not store or have access to clients’ full payment information.  Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, processing fees, or transaction charges associated with their purchase, where applicable.

Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, including but not limited to situations involving risk of harm to self or others.  Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC will not share client information without consent, except as required by law.

Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC communicates with clients primarily through email and the secure scheduling and booking platform used for coaching services.  Clients agree to use email for coaching-related communication, including scheduling, administrative matters, and general inquiries.

CMCC does not provide twenty-four–hour support, crisis services, or emergency response.  Coaching communication is not intended for urgent or emergency matters.  If a client is experiencing a crisis, feels unsafe, or believes they may harm themselves or others, they should contact 911, local emergency services, or a licensed mental health provider immediately.

CMCC reserves the right to maintain appropriate professional boundaries by limiting communication outside of scheduled sessions. Coaching services are not provided via text message or social media direct messaging.

All coaching materials, resources, and content provided by Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC are the intellectual property of CMCC. Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written permission.

Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC maintains a Privacy Policy that explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected in connection with coaching services.  By engaging in coaching services, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed or have access to this Privacy Policy.  The Privacy Policy is available at christmindedchristiancoaching.com and may be accessed at any time via the website footer.

Coaching services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching services.

Clients acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from coaching.  CMCC does not guarantee specific results or personal transformation.

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time.  Any unused, prepaid sessions may be refunded at the sole discretion of Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

By booking, purchasing, or participating in coaching services with Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
