1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of lm2enterprises.com and any products, services, or resources provided by LM² Enterprises, LLC ("LM² Enterprises, LLC" "we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Lorenzo Moultrie. By accessing this site or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these terms.
2. Coaching Services — Not Therapy
Coaching services provided by LM² Enterprises, LLC are professional coaching engagements, not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical advice. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any psychological condition or disorder. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please contact a licensed mental health professional.
Results from coaching vary by individual. LM² Enterprises, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes from any coaching engagement.
The Client (the actual person receiving service) is limited to 1 (one) Discovery Call.
The Client (the actual person receiving service) is limited to 1 (one) Breakthrough Session.
The Client (the actual person receiving service) is limited to 1 (one) DISC Deep Dive.
** Changing username or email address does not constitute a new client. **
3. Session Cancellation and Rescheduling
We ask that you cancel or reschedule any coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice. You may do so by contacting us directly or using the scheduling link provided at booking.
Late cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows where a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, will count as a session used. No makeup session will be provided.
Each client receives one grace cancellation per engagement — meaning one late cancellation or no-show will be absorbed without penalty. This grace allowance does not carry over between engagements or apply to same-day cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled session start time.
Discovery calls and complimentary sessions are not subject to this policy but are appreciated to be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice.
4. DISC Assessments and Reports
The Behavioral Excellence Profile™ and related DISC-based assessments are behavioral tools designed to increase self-awareness and support professional development. They are not psychological diagnoses, clinical assessments, or predictive measures of job performance. Assessment interpretations reflect behavioral tendencies, not fixed traits or permanent characteristics.
5. Digital Products — No Refund Policy
All digital products, including DISC assessment reports, are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your purchase, contact us at

6. Free Resources and Downloadable Content
Free resources available on this site are provided for personal and professional use only. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or represent these materials as your own without written permission from LM² Enterprises, LLC. All resources remain the intellectual property of LM² Enterprises, LLC.
7. Blog and Website Content
Content published on this site — including articles, guides, frameworks, and tools — is for informational and educational purposes only.
