Welcome to Pack Integrative Coaching. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or engaging in coaching services. By accessing this website or purchasing services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Services
Pack Integrative Coaching provides professional coaching services focused on personal development, self-exploration, and decision-making support. Coaching is a collaborative, conversation-led process designed to support clarity, self-trust, and aligned choice.
Coaching services are not therapy, not medical care, and not a substitute for mental health treatment. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions.
If you are experiencing acute emotional distress, crisis, or mental health concerns, it is your responsibility to seek appropriate licensed medical or mental health support.
2. Coaching Relationship
The coaching relationship is based on mutual respect, honesty, and autonomy. You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes throughout and after the coaching process.
The coach does not prescribe actions, make decisions on your behalf, or override your judgment. Coaching supports your own self-directed process.
3. Eligibility
By engaging in coaching services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are able to participate in reflective, non-directive conversations
- You are not currently in crisis requiring immediate clinical or emergency intervention
Pack Integrative Coaching reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if coaching is not an appropriate form of support at a given time.
4. Scheduling & Attendance
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Clients are responsible for attending sessions as scheduled.
Missed or cancelled sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be counted as used, except in cases of emergency at the coach’s discretion.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required according to the terms agreed upon at enrollment. Coaching containers are sold as a time-bound package, not as individual sessions.
Payments are non-refundable once services have begun, except where otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
Optional payment plans are a convenience, not a pay-per-session arrangement.
6. Termination & Fit
Either party may initiate a conversation about ending the coaching relationship if it becomes clear that the work is not a good fit or is no longer appropriate.
Termination will be handled with care, transparency, and respect for client autonomy. Fees already paid are not refundable for services rendered.
7. Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are confidential, with the following exceptions:
- Risk of harm to self or others
- Abuse or neglect of a minor, elder, or dependent adult
- Legal requirements such as a court order
Coaching notes, if kept, are for the coach’s private use and are not clinical records.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including written materials, language, frameworks, and program descriptions, is the intellectual property of Pack Integrative Coaching unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
9. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes only. Pack Integrative Coaching makes no guarantees regarding results, outcomes, or the accuracy of third-party links.
Use of this website is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
Pack Integrative Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in coaching services or use of this website.
You agree to hold Pack Integrative Coaching harmless from any claims arising from your decisions or actions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Pack Integrative Coaching operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
Pack Integrative Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
