Vital Life Coaching Disclaimer + Terms & Conditions + Privacy Policy
The coaching services provided through the Vital Life Longevity Project and by Tina Brecht, MD are for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only. Coaching is designed to support wellbeing, vitality, lifestyle improvement, and personal growth. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional clinical services.
Although Tina Brecht, MD has extensive medical training and experience, she is not currently practicing medicine and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. All guidance offered through coaching — including strategies related to movement, nutrition, sleep, stress recovery, environment, and habit formation — is intended to support general wellbeing and should not replace individualized medical advice from a licensed healthcare provider.
Clients should consult their physician or qualified healthcare professional before:
- Making significant changes to diet or nutrition
- Beginning or modifying an exercise program
- Adjusting medications or supplements
- Implementing stress‑reduction techniques that may affect blood pressure, heart rate, or mental health
- Changing sleep routines in ways that may impact existing medical conditions
- Using any wellness practice described in coaching as a replacement for prescribed care
Individuals with chronic illnesses, mental health conditions, mobility limitations, allergies, or other medical concerns should seek personalized medical guidance to determine whether suggested practices are appropriate for their specific situation.
By participating in coaching, clients acknowledge that all decisions regarding health, medical care, and lifestyle changes are their own responsibility. The coach and the Vital Life Longevity Project disclaim any liability for outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of coaching information.
Coaching encourages informed, empowered wellbeing — always in collaboration with appropriate medical guidance.
