These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website truenorthwithkim.com and its booking subdomain book.truenorthwithkim.com (together, the "Site"), operated by True North with Kim, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, browsing our content, or purchasing any service or digital product through the Site, you ("you" or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or purchase any service or product from us. By using the Site, you represent and confirm that you meet this requirement.

True North with Kim, LLC is a solo travel coaching business. We offer personal development coaching for stay-at-home parents and primary caregivers, an optional Destination & Experience Research add-on service, and downloadable digital products. We are a coaching business, not a travel agency, and we do not book, arrange, or guarantee any flight, lodging, transportation, tour, or other travel service.

Each service or product offered through the Site is governed by its own specific agreement, which you will review and agree to (typically via electronic signature) at the time of purchase:

● Coaching program enrollment is governed by a separate Coaching        Services Agreement

● The Destination & Experience Research add-on is governed by its own separate agreement

● Digital product purchases (such as downloadable guides) are governed by a separate Digital Product Purchase Agreement

These Terms apply generally to your use of the Site itself. Where a specific service agreement conflicts with these Terms on a matter it directly addresses, the specific service agreement controls for that service.

Coaching services offered through the Site are personal development coaching. They are not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or a substitute for licensed mental health treatment, and we do not diagnose or treat any mental health condition. We are also not a travel agent or booking service; any destination or experience information we provide is for informational and inspirational purposes only, and you are solely responsible for researching, booking, and arranging your own travel.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

● Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our booking platform, or accounts belonging to other users

● Copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute the Site's content without our written permission

● Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its underlying platforms

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, coaching materials, and digital products, is the property of True North with Kim, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, unless otherwise stated. As part of our coaching process, coaching sessions may be recorded and transcribed using a third-party service (currently Otter.ai) to help generate session notes and summaries. By enrolling in coaching, you consent to this recording and transcription for the purpose of supporting your coaching experience. Recordings and transcripts are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We use third-party platforms to operate our business and deliver services, including Paperbell (booking, payment, and e-signature), Substack (our newsletter and blog), and Instagram (social media). Your use of these platforms in connection with our services is also subject to each platform's own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any coaching service, research document, or digital product, and we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True North with Kim, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to travel costs, lost bookings, or personal loss arising from travel decisions made using information obtained from us. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the relevant service or product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True North with Kim, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our services.

If you enroll in coaching, your sessions may be recorded and transcribed through Otter.ai, a third-party transcription service, for the purpose of generating session notes and reducing administrative time. Recordings and transcripts are used solely to support your coaching engagement and are not shared publicly or used for any purpose beyond your own coaching experience, except as otherwise described in this Policy. Otter.ai's own privacy practices govern how it handles data on its platform, and we encourage you to review Otter.ai's privacy policy directly.

We use the following third-party platforms to operate our business. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your information:

● Paperbell: booking, scheduling, payment processing, and e-signature for service agreements

● Otter.ai: session recording and transcription

● Substack: our newsletter and blog publishing platform

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information with these providers only as necessary for them to perform the services listed above.

We do not currently use independent website analytics or advertising tracking tools.
