1. Overview of Services

ASCEND Advisory provides professional coaching and strategic advisory services designed to support career positioning, leadership communication, and professional narrative development.
By purchasing a session or program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Coaching services are educational and advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, or psychological advice. 

2. Eligibility

Services are intended for professionals who are at mid-career or senior levels seeking guidance related to leadership positioning, career strategy, or professional narrative development.
Clients must be at least 18 years old to purchase services.

3. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors such as Stripe via the Paperbell platform.
By submitting payment, you authorize the platform to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of the selected service.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.
If a cancellation or reschedule request is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session may be considered forfeited and may not be rescheduled.
If the coach needs to reschedule, a new session time will be offered as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of advisory services and the time reserved for each client:
  • All coaching and advisory sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
  • If a refund is requested before the session occurs, approval will be at the sole discretion of ASCEND Advisory.
Unused sessions from multi-session packages may be eligible for partial refund depending on circumstances.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that:
  • Results from coaching vary based on individual effort, decisions, and circumstances.
  • The coach does not guarantee specific career outcomes such as promotions, job offers, or compensation increases.
  • Clients are responsible for implementing strategies discussed during sessions.

7. Confidentiality

All client discussions during coaching sessions are treated as confidential.
Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, methodologies, and resources shared through ASCEND Advisory remain the intellectual property of the coach.
Clients may use these materials for personal professional development but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize them without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASCEND Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of coaching services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service purchased.

10. Termination of Services

ASCEND Advisory reserves the right to terminate services if:
  • A client engages in abusive, inappropriate, or unethical conduct.
  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled.
  • The coaching relationship is no longer productive.
In such cases, unused sessions may be refunded at the coach’s discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the business is registered.

12. Agreement

By purchasing or booking a session through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
