Scheduling & Cancellations:
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed/no-showed sessions, will be forfeited.

Refund Policy:
All coaching purchases are non-refundable once a session or program has begun. Please ensure you are ready to commit before booking.

Program Completion:
Coaching packages must be completed within the timeframe agreed upon at purchase. Unused sessions beyond that period may expire.

Communication Between Sessions:
Support between sessions is limited to what is outlined in your selected package.
