Terms & Conditions

By booking a session or purchasing a coaching package with Strategic Human Resources & Innovations, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Coaching Services
Strategic Human Resources & Innovations, LLC provides professional coaching services designed to support leadership development, personal growth, and professional advancement.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advising, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek licensed medical or psychological care.

2. Breakthrough Sessions (À La Carte – 60 Minutes)
Breakthrough Sessions are standalone, 60-minute coaching sessions purchased individually.
Payment
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Sessions will not be confirmed without completed payment.
Rescheduling
  • Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
Refunds
  • Breakthrough Sessions are non-refundable once completed.
  • If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours in advance and the session has not yet taken place, a refund or credit may be issued at the Company’s discretion.

3. Coaching Packages (Contractual Engagements)
Coaching packages are structured, multi-session engagements designed for deeper transformation and leadership development.
Contractual Commitment
  • Coaching packages require a signed agreement outlining scope, duration, and payment terms.
  • By purchasing a coaching package, the Client agrees to complete the full contractual term.
No Cancellations or Refunds
  • Coaching packages are non-cancellable and non-refundable, regardless of usage or participation level.
  • Missed sessions within a package may not be refunded. Rescheduling policies will be outlined in the signed agreement.
Payment Plans
  • If a payment plan is offered, the Client remains responsible for the full agreed-upon amount, regardless of session attendance.
  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services and/or collections action.

4. Client Responsibility
The Client understands and agrees:
  • Coaching is a collaborative process requiring active participation.
  • Results are not guaranteed.
  • The Client is solely responsible for decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from coaching sessions.
The Company does not guarantee specific personal, professional, or financial results.

5. Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are confidential except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., threat of harm to self or others, illegal activity, or court order).
Group coaching participants (if applicable) are expected to maintain confidentiality; however, the Company cannot guarantee the behavior of other participants.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, resources, and tools provided during coaching are the intellectual property of Strategic Human Resources & Innovations, LLC.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, record, sell, or repurpose materials without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in coaching services.
  • The Client agrees to release and hold harmless Strategic Human Resources & Innovations, LLC from any claims arising from coaching participation.

8. Professional Conduct
The Company reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a Client:
  • Engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
  • Violates boundaries of professional conduct
  • Fails to uphold contractual payment obligations

9. Technology & Virtual Sessions
All sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed upon.
The Client is responsible for ensuring stable internet access and a private environment conducive to coaching. The Company is not responsible for technical interruptions beyond its control.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Agreement
By booking a Breakthrough Session or purchasing a Coaching Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
