Flex ADHD – Coaching Services
The Basics
Please read this page before booking coaching with FLEX adhd.
1. Coaching is a partnership
Coaching is a collaborative process. You decide what we focus on and what actions you take.
2. Coaching is not therapy or medical care
Coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, medical advice, or legal advice. I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions.
3. You are responsible for your decisions
You remain responsible for your wellbeing, choices, and results from coaching.
4. Confidentiality
What you share during coaching is treated as confidential. However, confidentiality may be broken if required by UK law, court order, or where there is a serious risk of harm or illegal activity. Coaching conversations are not legally privileged.
5. Session recordings
Sessions may be recorded for notetaking and continuity. Recordings are stored securely and are not shared. If a recording is ever needed for training, supervision, or credentialing, your separate written consent will always be requested first.
6. Fees and cancellations
Session prices and packages are agreed separately. Payment is required in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may still be charged.
7. Ending coaching
Either of us may end the coaching relationship at any time with two weeks written notice.
8. Privacy and data (GDPR)
FLEX adhd processes personal information in accordance with the UK General Data
Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your information is used only to provide coaching services and manage bookings. Your data is stored securely and is not shared unless required by law.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of England and Wales, liability for coaching services is limited to the amount paid for those services. FLEX adhd is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.
