Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a professional partnership focused on achieving your identified goals. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, consulting, or mentoring. If at any point I believe you would benefit from a mental health professional, I will communicate that directly.

Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are confidential. I will not share information about our sessions with anyone without your written consent, except where required by law or where there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.
If I reference themes or patterns from coaching in any professional content (articles, presentations, etc.), all identifying details will be removed and I will seek your explicit consent before sharing any case study material.

Scheduling & Cancellations
Sessions are booked through the online scheduling system. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as a completed session.
If I need to reschedule, I will provide as much notice as possible and accommodate your schedule for the replacement session.

Session Expiry
  • Leadership Tune-Up (single session): Must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase.
  • New Leader Foundations (4 sessions): All sessions must be completed within 4 months of purchase.
  • Engineer to Leader Transformation (8 sessions): All sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase.
Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis with advance notice.

Payment
All fees are in USD and are due at the time of booking, unless a payment plan has been arranged. Payment plans are available for multi-session packages as listed on the package page. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Refunds
If you decide coaching is not right for you before your first session has taken place, you may request a full refund. After the first session, unused sessions are non-refundable.
For payment plan clients, all remaining installments are still due even if you choose to discontinue coaching, unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.

Email Support
Multi-session packages include email support between sessions. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours during business hours. Email support is for brief check-ins, questions, or updates related to your coaching goals. It is not intended for crisis support.

Intellectual Property
Any frameworks, tools, worksheets, or materials provided during coaching are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written consent.

Liability
Coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend on your engagement and follow-through. I do not guarantee specific outcomes. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions taken as a result of coaching.

Agreement
By purchasing a coaching package, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and the current version will always be available on this page.
