Booking Sessions
All coaching sessions are scheduled in advance through our online booking system. You will receive a confirmation email and calendar invite once your session is booked.
Rescheduling
We understand life happens! You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge using the link in your confirmation email.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a late cancellation and will forfeit the session. Exceptions are made for emergencies at the coach’s discretion.
No-Show Policy
If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be marked as completed and is non-refundable.
Refunds
Coaching programs and single-session bookings are non-refundable once the first session begins. This ensures both parties are fully committed to the process.
Lateness
If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients. If the coach is late, you will receive your full session time.
Package Sessions
Prepaid session packages must be used within stated timeframe unless otherwise agreed upon. Unused sessions after this period will expire and will not be refunded.
Confidentiality
All sessions are private and confidential. Exceptions may be agreed upon with client, such as for Notes or Session Summaries. Other exceptions may occur as required by law.
Technology
Sessions are typically held via Zoom (unless otherwise agreed). Please ensure a stable internet connection and a distraction-free environment to make the most of your time. If you have never used Zoom, please have it downloaded and your account setup in advance of the session to ensure session can start on time.
