Welcome to Radiant Life Wellbeing. By scheduling a session, participating in services, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Nature of Services
Radiant Life Wellbeing provides faith-centered wellness, mental health informed and life coaching designed to support personal growth, emotional resilience, and life clarity. Coaching services are educational, supportive, and goal-oriented in nature.
Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health disorders.
Services offered through Radiant Life Wellbeing are not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy, medical care, or clinical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please seek immediate assistance from a licensed professional or emergency services.
Client Responsibility
Coaching is a collaborative process. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Radiant Life Wellbeing provides guidance, support, and tools for growth, but outcomes will vary depending on each individual’s participation and personal circumstances.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Sessions must be scheduled in advance through the booking system provided.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be forfeited.
Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Radiant Life Wellbeing reserves the right to change prices and service offerings which will be reflected on the website or booking platform.
Refund Policy
Due to the time and preparation reserved for coaching sessions, payments are generally non-refundable. In certain circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled with appropriate notice.
Confidentiality
Radiant Life Wellbeing respects the privacy of all clients. Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with care and confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.
